Informative video as always! I’d love to hear more about what happens when disease surveillance fails and lessons to learn to try and avoid again in the future! I feel like the current monkeypox outbreak could be an example of this. Of course, there are likely many factors that have led to this, but as I’ve read about this for my project in my current epidemiology course, it seems as early as 2017 there may have been some signs of what is happening. Is this lack of resources? Was it due to location of outbreak? Thank you again for your video!!
