I'm not able to perform any of these steps because my USB ports are not working LOL theu only work in BIOS. Any ideas on how to update drivers if your keyboard and mouse don't work when windows launches??

@@SoftTechTutorials89 didn't help me either. I installed windows 10 to my new motherboard via usb I think that's my problem. The computer will not start until I unplug the one usb. Its only the one 😠
