@William Singht Just gonna reply to a couple points here: 1. Protesters killed about 4 men: 4? I can technically only think of one arguable case where the protesters indirectly killed someone innocent, meanwhile, the police are in suspicion killed so much more. The amount of discovered corpses or suicide cases had a dramatic increase since the protests started and the police labeled all of them as “Not suspicious". There are a couple ridiculous cases like a competitive swimmer “choosing to commit suicide by drowning herself”, but nothing came out of it. That’s why the protesters demand an independent investigation unit because HK police have lost all its trust from us. 2. Robbed shops and malls: We never robbed any shops and malls. We DID destroy a lot of shops that have strong economic affiliation with the Chinese gov or openly supporting the police, but we never robbed them. There are even cases where a guy pretending to be a protester try to rob a Xiaomi store (which is a clear Chinese company), and real protesters found out and beat that guy up. 3. Destroyed a lot of property: Yes we did destroy a lot of property, but they are never mindless destruction. Other than the point mentioned above, we destroyed traffic lights because of the recently implemented Chinese-made facial recognition cameras on those traffic lights and in protest of the facial recognition based social-credit system. We destroyed MTR because they have started closing the train station whenever protesters or just innocent people are trying to run away from the police and also refused to release CCTV footage of the 8/31 massacre, which the police were rumored to have killed people within the MTR station. Before MTR started to go against the protesters and actually help the protesters escape, we have treated them too well while running away from the police: We never jumped any gates, we left spare coins and spare tickets for escaping protesters behind us so that MTR won’t lose money from us just not paying our fares, and when the police released tear gas in an MTR station, there are protesters who volunteered to clean the tear gas residue the next day. Because we have done above and beyond for MTR, it is so disheartening when they decided to go against us after CCP pressures them to. 4. Never do any job: ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HK people are one of the few protesters in modern history where we work during the day, and protests almost entirely at night, lunchtimes, and weekends, for like a very extensive time now (like what 7 months now?). We have tried to organize an HK-wide strike a couple times since September and FAILED because most HKers needs to work. It is just part of our culture here, and that's why we shift our strategy to now using HK people’s economic prowess (from working so damn hard all the time) to perform our own economic sanction against pro-police or pro-Chinese companies. There are also a lot of protests in Central, where people protest during lunchtimes, and go back to work afterward (so like imagine like Wall Street people protests during their lunchtime and go back to work straight afterward). We protesters even make fun of ourselves for being like this, and this point is honestly the silliest point. Thanks for making my week. 5. Taking US embassy money: Proof? 6. Running panicky from unarmed police: What? How is this even a point?
Orb Plant They are not just protesting the extradition of murders. They are protesting the abilities of China to enforce their will on the people of Hong Kong.

Just a small correction: the protests of June 1830 were, in fact, against King Charles X and successfully overthrew him (Louis Phillippe took the crown right after and, indeed, left the throne due to the 1848 revolution). Great video, nevertheless!
