Nice home! Unfortunately, only real wealthy people can afford that. Us normal middle-class folks, can't even really afford a normal middle-class home in the Denver area. I just moved from the area because rent was getting too expensive, and I make 85k a year. That's pretty sad!
No normal person has 3.2 million for a home in Denver. You are making it sound as if the average person is looking for a home in this price range. Who do you cater too? And on personal note: you should pick up the energy. After watching this and your Aspen Mansion video, I was hard to decipher if it was the video speed or you just spoke with will low energy.
Hi Autumblond, I work with people in all price ranges, from first time homebuyers to people buying luxury homes. You are correct that the "normal" or average person cannot afford a $3.2m home. Heck, it's hard in this day in age to afford the average priced home. Honestly, I feel bad for young adults. It's so much harder for them to get started in life than when I was in my 20's. (my first home was a new built home in the Denver area that was $160K...those were the days!) Most of the buyers that I work with who can afford these luxury homes are older adults or folks moving here from CA...go figure! Anyway, thank you for the feedback on my "energy". :( I will certainly keep that in mind. I honestly do appreciate any feedback so that I can make better videos! Hope you have a fabulous day! :)

Was a four year old hired as the architect?
Genuinely curious, what don't you like about the home?
Lovely home! Nice, high end details. Love the basement!!
It is lovely! Thank you!

I like but don't necessarily love the inside but it has almost zero curb appeal for a home that costs that much.

Yeah, the Denver housing market has become too expensive. :(

Franktown used to be meth trailer parks. Builders in Colorado getting desperate…
Are we thinking of the same Franktown? Franktown is a one stop light town with all homes on acreage. There are no trailer parks in Franktown.
3.2m? LMAO!!!!
That is the Denver metro market right now. Denver is the most expensive non-costal real estate market in the US.
Not my taste
