Just a reminder you can use this paint combo on more than the areas i talked about in the video. my plan was to do in on the floor pans when i reinstall the interior and parts of inside the trunk also.
78-80 Pontiacs and some Oldsmobile gbodys had the aluminum core supports. There a rare item now adays compared to 10 years ago when I had 15 or more of them that I sold. Tubular core supports or modify the steel factory core support is a better option.
@@gaspoweredgarageyes, I definitely agree and want to modify MY steel core support. Hey, do you know of a source for a “GP bar” (that one that you have there with the jounce bars connecting the frame horns)?
@@r.joseph8911 umi suspension makes a brace for the front of a gbody that acts as the gp bar and jounce bars together as a triangle brace for the frame. Another option is if your needing just the gp bar I would say make it yourself from parts from your local home improvement store.

Coming soon within a few weeks I will have a suspension/ brace video coming out for gbodys. It will explain and show the parts you need from a hardware store to build the gp brace and the fender to core support ones and also the 78-80 monte carlo braces as well.
