Why the PSU swap if you're then buying a 1650? It doesn't require external power, comes at a high price premium due to that fact and can't even outperform a GTX 970, which can be had for less than $80 frequently. Hope you threw in an E3 1230 v3, 1231 v3 or 1240 v3 for a CPU upgrade so it's not bottlenecked by some shitty i5 and you didn't waste money on an i7 4770.
I built two gaming desktops in 2005 when I was taking computer classes. They didn't have the best specs, but worked great with MS flight sim and auto racing games. Now I'm 66 and just ordered an HP (acid green) game machine. Should have it in 3 days.
Just make sure the RAM is dual channelled mate, what specs are you getting? See if MS are doing a deal on Gamepass and you can try out the latest MS Flight Simulator which is stunning and Forza Horizon 5 which is a superb and somewhat bonkers driving game and also stunning(plus fantastically optimised BTW). On ebay you can sometimes find 8th gen i7 based pre builts (6c 12t) for similar prices that'll blow out the 10th gen i3 (4c 8t) and also 1650 LP or rx 6400 lp cards aren't much more expensive than 1050 LP's, and if you get a computer that supports (power and size wise) 580s or 1060s are dropping in price
Chances are a 1060 would be fine as long as you have a SATA or molex connector to get the extra 45W from, alternatively a 1650Super only pulls 100W so I'm sure most prebuilt PSUs can handle 25W of additional draw without any issues. If you need low profile they do do 75W 1650s with DDR6 VRAM for similar money new to a 1050ti if you shop around.
If the Intel Arc A380 releases in NA I’d love to see an in depth gameplay recording review due to the AV1 encoder. I imagine that alone would make it worth much more than an RX 6400 at the same price or less

Actually, you don't need to buy office prebuilts with their limited capabilities to enjoy in 10105f or 10100f . These CPUs with H410 or H510 MBs are cheap anyway. Add some inexpensive PC case , PSU , SSD, RAM and GPU and you are around $400 just like this.
Why? There are 4th gen office systems you can throw in a $30 E3 1231 v3 (i7 4770) equivalent that will outperform any newer (6th/7th gen) CPU until the i7 6700. It's cheaper, better and those systems usually aren't as proprietary as the 6th gen systems, so a PSU swap can be done easily AND you can actually throw in a proper dedicated GPU without paying the price premium a 1050, 1050 Ti, 1650, 6400 etc demands. An HP ProDesk 280 G1 MT with a $30 PSU, GTX 970, E3 1231 v3 and 16GB of RAM will cost you less than $300 - you can re-use parts and it will blow your suggestion out of the water at lower price.
