@@zasko_II if your struggling fitting all the editing for the week for a Wednesday post, I think I good idea is to make a system for your videos, kind of like the daily zasko 2 routine with the excellenct points, etc. but without points, this way you know exactly the format of each video, making it strictly just do no thinking

If you look at the greats (in anything), obsession is a main indicator for success. While I do recognize you are going for a balanced life, at some point when does the obsession kick in? You’re definitely above an ascendant skill level, but it’s going to take an insane amount of time to hit radiant playing like 15 games a week. Also when it comes to the bulk, I would really make sure to track your weight weekly. That’s super important from what I noticed in order to make consistent weight gain. Anyways, nothing but love brotha. Love the vids.
idk about the obsession part, but I do remember him tracking his overall weight, as well ass all his measurements! Unless he removed it somewhere along the way without me realizing it.

Skip to the end of the vid.. all my stats weekly are up :) Im obsessed with the idea of walking onto the VCT stage looking like a greek god, however im only in phase 1 rn phase 2 will arrive once im doing youtube full time. That unlocks an additional 20-30 hours to grind and shoot for not only radiant but pro level. For now the videos have to be the priority until i hit phase 2 In saying that im on my rankup again ;) Would mean ive gained 300rr in just a few weeks, super exciting because it just has me dreaming of what the progress in phase 2 will be like

smashed, yet another video mate! that game where you went 7-12 and ended up losing but popping off so hard is literally one of the best vods to get reviewed. For valo improvement defo others for sure but that game stands out imo.
BTW the tracking improvement is coming from improved mouse control from all your other aim training. I also had really poor tracking when I started aim training and never focused it and it improved drastically just from the other drills I do. It's just one of those things that comes from you becoming more comfortable with maneuvering your mouse. It will hit a ceiling at some point but there's your reasoning.
Definitely a major part of it is because of gained mouse control but, I'm 90% sure a larger part actually comes from the "Focus training" or the "Eye Training". Aim is categorized as "Eye To Hand Co-ordination" and most often than not, bad aim, or flawed aim is either due to lack of mouse control, or lack of Eye focus training. If you can't properly move your mouse you wont hit your target, but if your eyes can not focus correctly on what is actually going on, what you are seeing, having it register and having ur hand adjust accordingly to what you see, you wont hit either. 2 sides of the same page!
Watching your vids motivates me to play valo and improve more than any fragmovie. But most of all I really admire your determination, willpower and discipline and I aspire to be at that same level one day.
Hey man if you struggle with editing your valorant games quickly, I might just have a sollution for you that I've been using on my main valorant channel. Use a clipping software like Outplayed or Medal, it will allow you to record full games for your coach, but you will also have every kill, every death, every headshot marked on a timeline and then you can easily just cut it out using the build in clip tool, or if you dont want to edit these games almost at all and just get a raw file with only clips, you can also do that with Outplayed, you just got to switch the preference in the settings from recording full sessions to recording just clips. I hope this comment helps you with your time management problem, love the vids and keep it coming man, greetings from Poland!
I use obs replay buffer to do this and its super similar. I do appreciate the support haha but its the voice over that takes up allll my time. 30 mins of voice over takes hours to record

Also that shot on sova at 28:44 was amazing. Keep it up and one day youll be able to make a living. Trust. By the way, the tracking improvements are most likely because of the eye warm up. I had the same experience, had no idea why and then i was like oh yeah, been doing eye warmups recently!

Stream yourself trying to learn chess blindfolded for 12 hours a day and give it max effort and problem solving and 100% youre on a full time income in your 2nd or third year and BALLING at the 10 year point. bro zasko i rem when me u and nic used to queue up its crazy to see u on ur journey/grind again but honestly i would not limit the games you play . realistically esp in ascendant you need to push quickly to get out before u can slow and steady climb (play a few games a day) because you are stuck in elo hell for sure and limiting ur games i feel like will hinder ur gameplay as ur playing against such a skewed elo range of people and not versing opponents that rival your actual skill level that can acc improve ur fundamentals (less unpredictability from teammates n enemies)

I wish i could play more but I've been skipping gym enough as is and struggle for time to edit and see my partner, what im going for now is SUPER quality games over quantity until im doing this full time and then ill be able to crunch 2x the games and hit tier 1 pro in a week! Eye training is highly underrated, since aim is Eye to hand co-ordination, skipping focus warmup and or eye technically means you're not training 50% of what you're using!

@@zasko_II i live close to the coast and would take a walk and sit on a bench looking out at the sea for an hour at times which was my form of meditation. This had some sort of visual stimuli so ill be pivoting into the more mainstream, sit still with my eyes closed for a long duration style of mediating from now on. Thanks for the insight

Bro chicken, rice, protein shake. Stop avoiding the fundamentals of actual mass gain. The liquid fat stuff is wildly unnecessary imo. Love the grind tho
I tried that and i hated the brain fog, current diet has no brain fog at all and im up 1kg for the fortnight. Also getting calories from carbs is a lot more eating, rn i eat 2x per day and its very easy. Protein shakes come with a range of harmful ingredients like maltodextrin and what not, I'm 100% clean and natural. and is also more expensive. What i did instead was optimise my macros this next week and find a cost effective method to getting my protein and no more than i need, rest of calories from fat and now ive got a really good diet thats clean, putting on the .5kg per week i want and gives me the optimal cognitition. This is me thinking my reasoning out loud and why im doing what i do, but yeah with the mental clarity I would never want to go back to carbs
Haha if someone will put 20 hours a week into my editing these vids, theyre asking a huge price If they are not asking a huge price, chances are the vids wont be the quality everyone loves them for I love editing which allows me to sit for hours making sure im putting out something im proud of and i just dont trust ill get the same quality with an editor rn I'd much rather good vids over val/gym progression and i believe that decision will end up putting me in a position where I can make these vids full time. Once im fulltime man, 17 hours of work is NOTHING, especially if its something you love. Life will be good :)

I absolutely love learning about religious beliefs and really like the things spoken about in islam, it alligned with my philosophies of life very much. I'm just super open minded when it comes to spiritual beliefs as I am really fluid in my thinking and love to question things, my approch is to take the core principles of most religions and take care of the body, mind, world and others around me. As an aphantasia brained person, i also cant visualise so it makes it extremely hard to connect with the idea of things i cant see in reality. This goes super deep but thats one of the main reasons
i struggle to watch a 1 minute long tiktok but i can always sit through one of these fully, quality keeps improving brother keep it up

Tracking improves with mouse control which you are getting from other types of aiming. Good content man keep it up!

bro zasko i rem when me u and nic used to queue up its crazy to see u on ur journey/grind again but honestly i would not limit the games you play . realistically esp in ascendant you need to push quickly to get out before u can slow and steady climb (play a few games a day) because you are stuck in elo hell for sure and limiting ur games i feel like will hinder ur gameplay as ur playing against such a skewed elo range of people and not versing opponents that rival your actual skill level that can acc improve ur fundamentals (less unpredictability from teammates n enemies)

Eye training is highly underrated, since aim is Eye to hand co-ordination, skipping focus warmup and or eye technically means you're not training 50% of what you're using!

@@zasko_II i live close to the coast and would take a walk and sit on a bench looking out at the sea for an hour at times which was my form of meditation. This had some sort of visual stimuli so ill be pivoting into the more mainstream, sit still with my eyes closed for a long duration style of mediating from now on. Thanks for the insight

I tried that and i hated the brain fog, current diet has no brain fog at all and im up 1kg for the fortnight.
Also getting calories from carbs is a lot more eating, rn i eat 2x per day and its very easy.
Protein shakes come with a range of harmful ingredients like maltodextrin and what not, I'm 100% clean and natural. and is also more expensive.
What i did instead was optimise my macros this next week and find a cost effective method to getting my protein and no more than i need, rest of calories from fat and now ive got a really good diet thats clean, putting on the .5kg per week i want and gives me the optimal cognitition.
This is me thinking my reasoning out loud and why im doing what i do, but yeah with the mental clarity I would never want to go back to carbs

I love editing which allows me to sit for hours making sure im putting out something im proud of and i just dont trust ill get the same quality with an editor rn
I'd much rather good vids over val/gym progression and i believe that decision will end up putting me in a position where I can make these vids full time. Once im fulltime man, 17 hours of work is NOTHING, especially if its something you love. Life will be good :)
