Great video mate. Can you or anyone explain sometime which of the three plate positions is preferable on the plate loaded presses? Not sure which part of the motion typically people are weaker on. I see you place most of the plates on the last pin which is the last/squeeze part of the pull. Thanks

Literally do exactly the same thing with machines you have access to and use the same cues - cues and talking points are not machine specific
What are your thoughts on the elbow passing the center line of the body. Meaning for full contraction I feel the best contraction/connection when I can get the elbow behind me. Otherwise it seems to hit the rear delt more than the actual lat
Whenever elbow travels past the rib cage you will have to use your trap / upper back and rear delt to do the job

I think the problem is now with these videos is that this guy trains at one of the best gyms in the country, how many people have access to this type of machinery 🤷♂️ can’t relate
Absolutely nothing explained in video is specific to a machine, you can literally do this on cables and basic machines in any gym … principles stay the same
