Where's your head at? (Intro)

Step Change in Safety is excited to work with IADC North Sea Chapter’s Mental Health Task Force and the Marine Safety Forum to identify how we can help improve the wellbeing of the energy industry’s workforce.
Wellbeing has many aspects including mental, physical, social, financial and environmental; they are interdependent and influence each other. When one aspect of our wellbeing is out of balance, the others are affected. 
We invite all workers in the UK energy industry to participate in our ‘ Where’s your head at?’ survey which aims to understand the current state of our workforce’s wellbeing. Findings will be used to direct future initiatives, create materials and resources, and support and enhance our workforce’s wellbeing, now and for future generations.

It is entirely anonymous; there are no questions about people’s names and employers.
We have created a supporting communications pack containing a poster, slides, 50 second film and a QR code to help companies launch the survey.
