Nice work. I like that you drain the cleaner out. See a lot a people run it through ice. I have a Hosh FD that howls after about 6 hours. Cleaned it a couple times
Loved the video. I am trying to figure out how to clean that exact same icemaker right now! huge help! When I try to kick my unit into the drain though, it just keeps beeping at me not too sure what’s going on?
Thanks for the feedback! & pay attention to the number of beeps, that will help let you know what’s going on with the machine. Behind the front panel of the machine you can find the alarm codes. Example: 2 beeps, Control Switch In "DRAIN" position longer than 15 minutes. Or 1 beep, Low Water Safety UFS open > 90 seconds after WV energized. Make sure your float switch is not stuck and is in position, confirm water supply is open so unit can fill up water reservoir etc..
