I'm really upset this was called guide 1, when there isn't a guide 2

Thank you so much for putting this guide together. Your casual comment about their price earlier has absolutely floored me, as I've been left about a dozen or so of these lighters by my grandfather in both silver and gold, some with beautiful leather cases. He worked on pipeline and electrical development projects across the province of BC and while I didn't have very much time with him before he passed I"m sure he was immensely proud of his collection. According to some preliminary ebay searching, there's easily a few thousand dollars in rollagas lighters as well as some other rather collectible dunhill lighters. None will be sold, but all will now have a reason to be rebuilt and appreciated :)

Of all the videos by people who make and upload only one video, this one has to be among the best.

Thanks to this video one more dunhill is backup and running. The lighter was left to my wife by her father who just passed way a month ago. Thanks.

Thanks for this video. Disappointed you didn't make more of them for the Rollagas, but I get the frustration. A main tip that I can offer for your focus issues is you need to play by the rules that auto-focus uses if you're going to use auto-focus. When you're trying to show something like this lighter in the foreground, you can't have objects in the background, such as the keyboard, butane and tools. The camera does not know that you're not trying to show those things. If that's not practical and you are trying to shoot your active workspace and its not focusing on the right thing, the easiest thing to do is just put your hand behind what you want to show, to temporarily block the things that the camera is actually focusing on.

Great video! Managed to get a lighter I was gifted up and running in no more than 10 minutes. I used mini screwdriver, cotton buds, wd40, and that’s it! Wish I’d have bothered to look into it sooner, didn’t realise how easy it would be! Thanks again

This is one of the best instructional videos I've ever seen, and I just purchased a vintage lacquered Rollagas which I plan to service myself. Thank you for that!

Recently purchased one of these and struggled with it for a week, this video was a huge help getting a needle value/butane control situation figured out. Thanks!
