I have been waiting for so long to share this video with you guys - we are selling our new build house and buying a new family home down here in the south west! I cannot wait to share this series - I have filmed a lot of footage throughout this process and I am so so excited to share it all with you as we move closer to moving and getting into our new home! A bit about me:
I am 34 years old and live with my wonderful husband, Matt, who I married in June 2021! I am mum to our wonderful baby girl, Evie, who was born in July 2022. I am a tea-drinker, a foodie, a dog-mum to a beautiful Sprollie called Murphy, and a lover of theatre and music.
I qualified as a Midwife in September 2019 and have been working as a fully qualified Midwife at a UK hospital since October 2019.

Good luck! We have just done this and selling/buying simultaneously was SO stressful. Worth it now we have been in our new place for a few weeks.

Buying and selling at the same time is the most stressful thing I’ve ever done, and we didn’t even have kids then! I always said I’d never do it again but here I am looking for a bigger house 😂 But too scared to take the plunge and do it.
We are in the south west too (well, kind of south central/south west, we’re in Poole/bournemouth).

Honestly, I had no idea how stressful it would be - trying to liaise between solicitors and estate agents etc! Hoping we will have a bit more clarity soon on dates, but who knows!
We are more Bristol area now, but if you're ever this way, do let me know - we could get the chaos monkeys together to play!
