Good luck! We have just done this and selling/buying simultaneously was SO stressful. Worth it now we have been in our new place for a few weeks.

Buying and selling at the same time is the most stressful thing I’ve ever done, and we didn’t even have kids then! I always said I’d never do it again but here I am looking for a bigger house 😂 But too scared to take the plunge and do it. We are in the south west too (well, kind of south central/south west, we’re in Poole/bournemouth). Hope it all goes well for you lovely, and hopefully not long now 🙏🏻 xx

Hey. I’ve been in the same situation of feeling awful when I’m going to work (or anywhere really) and my son is upset. I tried sneaking out but it didn’t feel right and sometimes made it worse. My son is 3.5 years’ old now and loves his routine so any change from that leads to tears. It does get easier though and it’s now become a game to say bye to me/shut the door on me/wave goodbye etc. Keep going, you’re doing great!! 💕

Do you claim the tax free childcare for Evie? I know you said you don’t get any funding until September (we’re in the same boat) but you can get the tax free childcare if you both work 🎉

Hi Rosie - hope you don’t mind me asking, but I wondered if you could help? I’m wanting desperately to apply for midwifery aged 27, but I don’t have a single thing on my CV that is midwifery related. Do you think that will stop me from applying? I don’t even have any work experience in a health-related setting… I do have GCSE Maths Biology Chemistry Physics from 11 years ago all at Grade A/B. Will that be enough ??
