Ran into a very skilled rider and his wife on the back in Italy. Panniers centimeters from the ground and total control of his the bike. Definitely do color me impressed

First let me commend you for not putting music over the wonderful exhaust notes. Thank you for that.

Third, we're you in to high a gear for most of this? Just asking no judgments. I have an R100gspd and I don't think I'd be in front....maybe IDK.

Thank you for watching. Dude was really killing it, talked to both of them at the top of the pass and it was an older couple that must have been riding for decades, she wasn't fazed whatsoever by the hard riding.
I was in 2nd/ 3rd mostly, the freewind in this video has 48 bhp out of factory and around this time it had done about 68.000 km, so I'm pretty sure some of those horses died along the way; also rev limiter kicks in at 8k, gears aren't too tall on it and not much power is to be had at the top anyway.
Unlike another instance in this video, that move was totally calculated, camera was also mounted a bit on the right side so I feel that made it look extra dramatic.
Luckily winter's pretty much done in Holland by now, no more snow riding for me for now.

You should be less impressed than me, the highest elevation I've got around me is like -2 meters. I wish I had insulated my mic better, still not as bad as the internal microphone I'm guessing. Just turn off the engine on the way down and it's all the gas is compensated heheh. Thanks for watching again!

Mooi Man!! Gewoon zo´n BMW uit 80´s/90`s die gewoon met twee personen ff de berg op blaft. Ook nog een dik geluid uit die BMW. Weet je toevallig voor een uitlaat er onder zit? Bedankt dat je er geen muziek doorheen hebt gespeeld. Pure sound!

What kind of windscreen and what tires du you have. Best regards from Denmark.
The windscreen I dunno, it was on it when I got the bike. Tires were heidenau K76 front and back, would recommend for grip on the road and longevity

Hee, hoor jij ook wel eens een harde tik uit het onderblok als je de xf uit zet? Mij is verteld dat het normaal is door een verkoper. Heb hem erom laten staan, klonk niet echt gezond. Wil graag een freewind naast mn sv650 en gn250:)
Ik kan me niet herinneren dat ik een harde tik hoorde, iig niet meer dan m'n andere bikes. Heb deze freewind al een tijdje niet meer, maar die blokken zijn bulletproof over het algemeen. Ik heb hem uiteindelijk verkocht met ongeveer 70k op de teller en olieverbruik bestond niet

Have we seen the same video? No stupid maneuvers, dangerous overtaking, riding on someones ass or any other reckless driving for that matter. The probably went max 100km/h if even. In my book this was a very civil bit of fun riding.
