That's all it takes. Turn your head for a split second and your entire world changes. That's what I did back in '04. Been disabled ever since. I'm really glad to see that it wasn't so terribly bad for ya. You can do alright without a spleen. Good to see you're doing better.

@@yoyo2wheels You should consider stopping to ride all together. The way you position the bike on the road does not look like you have full control over the vehicle. I highly advice to book a proper training. I do not want to be too much of an asshole but I have seen too many lads die in the last years and only ride on track rn because there I can go fast in relative safety. Reconsider how you ride your bike.

I had the same thing but then with my bicycle I turned my head for like two seconds and i hear someone say im sorry really loud a few seconds later im on the ground i dont know what’s happening i sorta wake up and im on the floor with people helping me up and the woman that crashed in to me was an elderly woman she looked pretty hurt 😞 then the cops came
The funny thing is i was biking to school so my classmates told the teacher that i was gonna be late but ever since then me ankles have been very vulnerable im sorry if my English isn’t the best

Women more often than not don't brace themselves when they fall, which is quite terrifying to witness, and causes more injury. I once saw a couple holding hands while cycling. The women looked to her left at me and was smiling, however, that threw her off balance and her whole bike fell sideway as she smacked straight into a parked car. I just watched as she did nothing at all as she fell pretty slowly and took 100% damage. Pretty horific.

My first accident was my worst one...drove my bike after 1 and a half month of practicing and on a corner I went to far on the edge of the road to try and avoid 3 big trucks on the other side of the road. Bike slipped and crashed and I only had my helmet and gloves. Had to get surgery cause I had a hole on my left knee and apparently had a torn tendon. Lessons learned the hard way

Anyone who says they have never miss judged a bend a bit is lying it’s a horrible feeling when your leaning and the weight of the bike is still going out wide. I know hers was slightly different but still she would of had the oh no i am screwed feeling I’m sure.

This was a very hard watch. We nearly lost our son in 2017 - but because of a muppet in a one tonne Ute pulling out on him in a 100 k area, north of Dannevirke. The injuries are remarkably different, but I bet your brain is giving you a hard time, because you nearly died. When they offer counseling - just take it. If they haven’t yet, then ask for it. It will make a massive difference. My husband and I are very glad that you are still here. Happy trails, Yo-yo.

Riding safely 100 mph which is almost 165 km/h on those blind turns, how restarted are you? Also, she literally turned her head back on a left turn and drove into the ditch without any attempt to steer away or lean the bike down so it can absorb most of the hit.
Mind you that's a 200 kg bike, she literally got hit with that the moment her left side hit the dirt, better scrape and slide then a meatloaf.

To be honest I really do hope you recovered but this whole "It's a matter of when not if "Mentality" when you, yourself caused your crash. You looked to the right, took your focus off the road and veered left and it nearly killed you. Remember in a car doing something like that could be dangerous, however on two wheels it can become fetal in mere seconds. You always look where you want to go, sadly as riders we can't have this mindset of "Oh let us sight see as we ride" If you do that, this will be the end result or worse. Any form of distraction on any kind of bike motor or otherwise can become deadly and it takes but a moment.

Oh shit! That was nasty! That kinda speed and around twisties the last think you'd want to be doing is checking out how lovely the scenery is. Make sure you learn from that young lady. Hope you recover well👍🏻

True grit motovlogger! Carries action cam through the entire process though, we’re missing the footage of the surgery. 🤢
Stretchered off into the ambo and Moto Madness gets a mention. Gold 🤣👍
That wasn’t easy to watch. So glad to see and hear you are alive and on the mend, albeit not quite in one piece.
Hope your man is giving your R6 a good thrashing. You know, just to make sure the battery doesn’t go flat and the tyres aren’t flat spotting, sitting still. 😜
    Great editing.
    All the best, Yoyo! ✌🏻

I’m still speechless and thinking about how did you manage to fuck up your spleen so badly. I’m glad nothing worst happened.
