Judge Nazlan was clearly had a conflict of interest, when he was working with Maybank when the loan was granted by Maybank which involved the case. He should recuse himself knowing that he had a conflict of interest. But he didnt.
Why is the Bar Council protecting him?
He even had the audacity to tell lies in court that Najib proposed the SRC Int. to be set up whereas it was the Maybank's committee idea where Nazlan was then the legal adviser and was inside the committee.
Why is all these being protected?
