I find sitting with my misery useful. Then I can figure out what is making me so miserable and then the peace the peace when i can get over the hump of misery is unbelievable and the gratitude immense.

Loved this! He takes a simple and common thought/question about life, directs our minds into the very crux of it - identifies step-by-step the ways in which we tend to legitimize our misguided thoughts with twisted logic...
Then - through some sort of neurochemical alchemy of the mind he dissects our errant thoughts - through story telling, myth-busting & analogy - and our mind, our soul, our thought processes are gently and non-violently transformed into an enlightened state on the subject...whatever it may be. All this, without lecturing 'You should do/think this way',

A few years ago I decided I would never say or write or do anything when experiencing anger. It took a little while to take hold and while I am not often angry - I did realize that anger would cause me problems if I allowed it to control my actions. Rather than spend time rationalizing my anger I would take extra care to simply never express it. Wow. My life is SO MUCH better. I still experience anger from time to time (I’m triggered by people not doing what they say they will do) but in learning how to never act on it, I never have problems with people --even if there are issues, they don’t become problems.
Simply, wisdom you can live by!

This should understand by enemies and jealousy ppl who started dirty games and dramas by my callers and contacts and connections...as per my analysis they all failed...so it means they are negative ...this should understand by others who told them to start all these...who told them to drag others into their dirty game play ...so they are negative ...if they can do it they have to suffer through me...so they are negative...whether it was fake relatives who lied and played hide and seek game with my colleagues and those colleagues and their associates and those who trust them and those associated with them like my old contacts and commeners...and of them are negative...bcoz hacking someones personal and family numbers are bcoz of their curiosity and they tried to block my life and career in many ways and they spoiled my whole connections and tried to separates me from everyone created misunderstanding between ppl ...so some negative groupism started...if they all are well matured still doing the dirty things then they need more knowledge and awarness like this..bcoz I can understand all these things...so many things I was already following in my past life also something like this..but for me they all are negative ppl...if any well-known and well educated ppl doing mistakes where will we complaints against them...?? So they have to Inn all these things...they have to understand all these things...not a person like me...if they bow it they have to reep it...that's all I can tell now...bcoz we are innocent ppl and also we are human... nobody has right to block anyone's career and life and connections and contacts or any kind of distracting things...if anyone involved in them they all are part of their dirty game play...so they all are sinners...if they did it they have suffer it ...
