Hey, Babe- I am sending you so much love, my baby! Oh, God, how this human life works . . . You gals are teaching others! Your children are such beautiful amazing gifts!🎁🥹
Being able to hire someone to help you is a blessing, too, honey. Your husbands are ‘the’ fortunate ones- they know this! Have faith in yourself, pull your team of Angels in as they are there for you! Concentrate on ‘all’ of the good things in your life!👊🏻❤️‍🔥

Last time I watch one of your videos was when you made the decision to do monitoring. It did worry me a bit but I respected and understood your decision. I had my surgery in 2022, the “before” was definitely the worst part of the surgery. I hope you’re recovering well!

Totally the worst part! Other than sleeping!…yes it’s a wonderful feeling knowing I no longer have to worry about breast cancer!

I hope your surgery went smoothly and you have a relatively easy recovery! I’m having a bilateral mastectomy with implant reconstruction (for stage 1 breast cancer) on Jan 22, and your sister Polly’s videos have been helpful to see leading up to it. I’m grateful to both of you and to all the other women who have generously shared their experiences in videos. It’s incredibly helpful to those us going through it to see what other women have gone through.❤

I’m so sorry to hear about your diagnosis! I pray that the surgery goes smoothly and recovery is a breeze! The hardest part is waiting I promise you. Keep us posted on your pathology reports. Do you know if you’ll have to take the meds after or too soon to tell??

@@BeetinGenes- Thank you! Now that it’s just 10 days away, I’m feeling a little on edge, admittedly, but I’m also relatively confident I’ll get through it ok. Like you and Polly, I’ve been very intentional about keeping up a regular exercise routine and eating a healthy diet, and am otherwise in good health, so hopefully that’ll help me heal. I will likely be prescribed tamoxifen, but I won’t know for sure until I meet with the medical oncologist following my surgery. I’m really happy for the two of you that you were able to act on the genetic info and take steps to do the surgery prophylactically.

You look great! The kids will survive and so will you! Just glad it’s behind us!!!!! I’ve been dreading this. So proud of you for putting your self first. Scary but you fed your babies with those boobs and it’s time! You are in God’s hands.

Your kids are beautiful !!! Mines 1/30 /24. Bc of the Chek 2 mutation.
Had ovarian cancer stage 1, I got lucky. They found the gene during genetic testing and swore I would never do chemo again if I could help it.The ovarian was unrelated to my gene.

Wow! I’m sure having chemo with kids was so hard! That was one of the reasons I did this surgery. I’m so glad you are past that and that you are making proactive choices for yourself! Good luck to you and your upcoming surgery!!! Im here if you have any questions ❤️
