Thats correct, She will NEVER attend any family gatherings, or expierence in High School, no Marriage, no Kids, NOTHING ELSE, not any event whatsoever (except for whatever heaven holds hopefully) so WHY should ANY consideration be given to this lump of Chit? Their already parading out the so called experts claiming he’d been abused. Look, millions have been abused and have not CHOSEN to violently Stab someone 114 times to death. So fk all that noise. Try him, find him Guilty, give him a life sentence (cause the SCOTUS says anyone under 18 cant be given the death penalty, such bs) then the inmates will take it from there. Funny how there is a certain morality among criminal inmates where even they draw the line. Even they,... understanding they broke the law,... know that this animal broke something worst. Get it done so we dont have to keep looking at his ugly fkn face and STOP saying how sorry you are for HIS family, theres but one family who deserves our thoughts and prayers, the innocent Girl whose life was cut short in a vicious manner. 47 defensive stab wounds, SHE WANTED TO LIVE and he had 114 times to decide to stop.

This is why the Nazis, North Korea and the Taliban, as well as Communist China, had/have a better criminal justice system. Torture for evil people and death is what is necessary for vengeance and thus, justice. This murderer deserves nothing less.

@@jhowardsupporter the major difference between the two is a 30 year old has lived a fair amount of life where as a 13 year old has barely even started theirs. That age is where you start thinking about what you want to become in life, where you find your hobbies and so on. She didn’t get a chance to do any of those things. @@robertlarosejr.1535 This is true and true of all terrible people and creates a strange moral question of whether you should sympathize with bad people since nobody is bad by their own choice and are the product of their circumstances in life. If you accept that it then becomes arbitrary to choose what crimes are forgivable and what aren't and it largely comes down to what the individual judging the bad person personally feels about the particular crime. Law and order seems more of a means of minizing the harm on society by criminals rather than serving justice for victims; primarily influenced by public opinion.

In many cases receiving an insanity plea is not what it seems. People have a false notion that these people are simply released back onto the streets, that is not the case alot of times. They will be confined to a mental health facility, maybe worse than jail. Many people who would receive 20 years prison may be confined indefinitely if adjudicated mentally defective. If you faked insanity, a mental health facility would likely be worse than a prison.

No the fact that he did it that many times, most times mental health would be put into play. No reasonable sane person is going too stab that many time if they planned on getting away with it. They would use lethal blows, to get as much time to cover up the crime, So what am getting at is he needs mental help. You might think that if he gets out cause of mental health, he will do it again but those mental hospitals normally make you stay alot longer than if you just took the sentence.

The media didn’t say whether or not he told his friends he was going to kill Tristan Bailey. The media said he told his friends he was going to kill somebody. Obviously you never been around teenagers before but if someone called the police station every time a teen said they wanted to kill someone not only wouldn’t they have enough personal to field those calls but not enough police officers to write up the reports and do police work so that’s a little ridiculous. I mean do you think those kids really thought he would go through with it? Thank God those kids came forward because thanks to them they now have premeditation. Yeah let’s penalize those kids so we can be sure the next time something this happens no one will talk out of fear & then they can’t prove premeditation. Unfortunately in the world we live in next time is right around the corner.

    • @Nav00000

I honestly agree. It doesn’t hurt at all to report someone that says something like that at all. I’ve done it at 13 when my little cousin who trusted me confessed he thought of murdering his family as they slept. I didn’t tell him I was gonna report him but you bet I immediately told my mother and counselor at school once him and my aunt left and then the cops. People say “kids say that all the time” but no normal kid I’ve known has said that and as soon as my cousin did I knew he would do it because I knew him I knew he was a violent kid with sadistic tendencies, I think you know when someone is joking and when someone is genuinely not all there and definitely would do something like that.
I grew apart from my aunt after that she was thankful I told her and started locking everyone’s doors at night and received help but it was never the same because she was ashamed that her own baby boy would have those thoughts. He’s 18 and in college now, glad he didn’t throw his life away but I’m staying away in case he’s just a ticking time bomb.

This is so sad for the beautiful girl that was killed. This is so heartbreaking for the young boy. We all can speak for ourselves about what we wouldn't do but think about how you would feel if your relative/friend did the unthinkable. This is sad for both the families. 😥

Thank you for saying this. I get that many people think parents should know if something is wrong with their children but honestly, children are just as good as hiding things as adults are and the only reason anyone should get mad at the parents is if they try to justify their children's actions. Other than that, parents are a victim as well.
