@@roxrequiem2935 It's not even free. People pay higher taxes to fund it, at least partially. Raising taxes, that's another thing they'd oppose.
@@theblancmange1265 Yeah but I was referring to the way the gov regulates by competing in the industry as well. Fed intervention mainly goes by setting regulation committees and boards. But another way as well is to create government run businesses to provide competition and lower overall prices as well as give people an affordable public alternative. But I'm not american, so take that with a massive grain of salt.

Eh, I think it's quite fitting for one who must balance his zealotry to kill and his compassion to heal. A calm and collected soldier whose words must cut like a knife.
I think it varies! He makes a lot of his lines work and it gives the Apothecary character as a more level-headed, less battle-hungry individual, but I agree there are lines that don’t really work well. Some of them grow on you, some of them come across as silly.
