Despite the struggles, the bullpen is improving with Fernando Cruz and Alexis Diaz stepping up. At the same time, Lucas Sims continues to face challenges, in terms of hitting, Elly De La Cruz, Spencer Steer, and Tyler Stephenson have had their ups and downs, but there's hope as I look ahead to the upcoming Boston Red Sox matchup in a rematch of the 1975 World Series.

I agree about Will Benson. The guy has such a great attitude, but the fact is he’s not hitting. His swings often aren’t even close. I made a comment during the last game against the Red Sox saying it looks like he starts swinging when the ball is already in the catcher’s glove. I hope he turns it around, but my confidence in that happening isn’t very high.

the cincinnati reds are just a below average baseball team for years now ,the entire organization needs a enema, they cannot beat milwaulkee or the pirates ,but they can beat the white sox and the rockies ,so they are the masters of making up excuses,
