  • In this resin galaxy -two methods video, I show how easy it is to make a resin galaxy. The video shows to methods that are very different, but equally ideal for a project for resin beginners. making a resin galaxy is fun and can give you some great effects. You don't have to make the galaxies the same size as I have you can make them much smaller or much bigger. Working with resin is fun and easy to get great results.

Although I often talk about health and safety in my videos, please make sure you do your own research and take the relevant precautions to ensure that you are protecting your health. I am not responsible for anyone using resin and not taking the correct safety precautions. Resin is a chemical and as such should be always treated with respect and the manufacturers safety advice taken.

Love this idea. And, I don't know if you've done this before, but when I am doing Galaxy on anything, I will use a small bit of makeup sponge that I've ripped off of a larger piece. This gives a jagged edge and this is what I use to create the Galaxy in different colors. I do Galaxy on Nails as I am a Nail Tech with my own Nail Studio. It makes an amazing effect and is very popular. I am not sure if this will work on the resin but Gel nails are made from a UV resin (sort of - the formula is a little different) but still, it's a resin type.
Also, have you ever thought of using a Gel Cat's Eye in your resin projects? That is also extremely popular in my salon. It's amazing and you can get some of the most beautiful Cat's Eye Gel in both solid color and what they call Chameleon where when you turn your nail one way it's (for example) teal color and the other way a fuchsia.
I don't know if you'll see this comment but I love your channel and it's a thought maybe you'd like to try in the future? Cheers!
