The LAX arrival is almost always a joy to experience...I've managed 46 myself between July 1977 and September 2023. That most recent was onboard an Alaska Airlines A321neo from SEA and it happened to be the pilots final A321 flight before being retrained on 737. It was the last week of AS A321 (and Airbus) service.
