From a Bournemouth supporter thanks for the watch come the end of the season hope we are both in the premier league
Love this content
As you say Martin, really hard to predict with any confidence. I think Ramsdale will make a real difference, but the centre of our defence looks really shaky at the moment. Hard for Russell to work on with JB and THB both on international duty. I would like to see a reconciliation between Russell and ABK, as I think he could really help. Will be cheering them on nonetheless.
@@markrichards4793 I agree it’s a tough month ahead for us. I’m confident in Ramsdale what great business
It will be a major boost and show who is the real man if RM can gain the respect back from ABK and play him. This will be real test for RM as a Manager and a person.
Agree re AKB
My heart says 12 and my passion says 12.
But my head says 4-6 pts.
Very difficult this one.
We NEED at least 4 points. If we don’t then I think we’re down unless there is a dramatic transformation. Just being realistic. I’d keep Martin though as we’d be better prepared to win the Championship
1 point from Ipswich nothing from the rest. We don't stand a chance this season cos we just don't have the quality, especially up front. Russell should stay however because he's a great championship manager and will probably bring us back up again next season
I are going to bet oll of them
Four losses I'm afraid but will Martin still keep his place?
We had the same problem last season, when people wanted him sacked when we lost 4 in a row, then look what happened. 25 unbeaten. Fans will have to be patient, but we know most of our fans live on knee jerk reactions,
@@marktalbot4wdnot when you are in the premier league. You need to adapt to the high standard of play that the opposition will slaughter you in broad daylight with every single bad mistake like Saints did so far. RM have to accept that he doesn’t have the right technically gifted players at the back to do what he wanted them to do - playing out from the back period
AFC Bournemouth went 9 games before winning last season I hope that isn’t us
All we need is the euros and world cup nothing else is needed
He will be given to Xmas, however, I can’t see the board sacking him, they have said before that they want stability, even if we drop. Will see. If they don’t sack Martin, the problem, they have built a squad to play a certain way, this was the same problem we had when we spent all that money trying to give Natan Jones the players he wanted, Tall Paul etc.
The question is whether RM is a good manager that has plan B or C in his locker. If he kept playing the same style like the first 3 games then he and Saints is doomed and the board cannot recognise that then Saints will always be a Championship team
@@Saints-Forever He changed his systems many times last season, we just didnt notice, during the unbeaten run, he made many changes, we just didn’t notice, because we were winning, or not getting beaten. Leeds, W.Brom and Leeds again, he changed to make us tougher to beat, he ditched the 4-3-3, no one complained then. he is a good manager, but like Adkins when we last went up, needs to learn and adapt, while being thrown into the deep end at this level. We are not doomed.
@@marktalbot4wd we all hope and pray he will make those changes and also hope we have good enough players to play with those changes at the highest level. A good manager will also need to exploit the best of his bunch of footballers available at his disposal and this includes looking at the likes of ABK and tall Paul where necessary. I am sure each of them have their strength and it is the manager’s job to exploit that to the best of his ability and integrate them all so he will have better options available. For example right now, there is no point in crossing good balls from the wings into the box as our current 9s (AA & CA) will not win any headers.
@@Saints-Forever Doesn’t he need to name a 25 man squad? If so, ABK and Tall Paul, who will be going to Turkey, are not options IMHO
@@marktalbot4wd All I am saying is we (RM) need the various and different options of players to suits the various style of play against certain oppositions. Like I said, I really hope he has that in his pocket. Otherwise, it will be hard long season to endure. Personally, I would like to see ABK make it to the first team for contention.
4 ;points, we draw with Utd, we beat Ipswich.
I’d take 4 right now
Ipswich is an absolute must-win; Bournemouth will need to be a draw for the 4 points. Man utd will nick a scrappy win through individual brilliance and arsenal will be a cricket score.
We need 3 points against Ipswich! Man Utd is do-able for a point. If we beat Utd Ten Hag will get sacked! Internationals so soon after start of season is a joke!
My heart says 6 my head says 4
Only two points, lose to United we never beat them at home, draw with Ipswich and a draw at Bournemouth. Also get beat by Everton in the league cup 😔 no way will we get anything at Arsenal
Man utd draw . Ipswich win Bournemouth draw arsenal loss 5 points
@@paulgarrett8423 5 points would be massive
