Thanks for upload, nice video! I have Mk II Yaris that uses Ate brakes - look a bit different but the logic is obviously the same. I like the part when you pushed the old piston out using the screw - in all other videos they use air, I wonder who has air compressor at home for this, haha :) btw why did you rebuild the caliper? Was it leaking or was it just because you planned to paint the calipers anyway?
Thanks man! Yeah most caliper rebuilds are like this. Unless there is a handbrake going through them. Some times you get luck with how easy they can come out. Reason for me doing it is the other side got stuck on. The car was sitting for 3 months put it back on the road and it cooked one side on a test run 😬 It's cheaper to buy two at once than two separately. When one goes the other usual isn't to far behind. This was the other side. I've seen myself push the piston out with the peddle, take the caliper off and grab and twist it out with some pipe grips. There is ways around it
