Sir, I have bought a Zbook17 fury G8 model 4A6B1EA However this is the best buy I ever made i forgot one thing, i always have high resolution screens (UHD) and this is a Full HD screen. @@HPSupport I'm 99.9% sure it's a hardware issue. My friend has the same laptop and his works perfectly. I've reinstalled windows, unplugged ribbon cables just in case. Do you know where I can buy the part or what the number is? There is an effective dead spot aprox 2/3 across on the right side of track pad near the middle (approx 5mm wide and it makes it completely unusable.) I've tried googling the number written on the QR code and nothing comes up.

@@HPSupport many thanks for the fast reply. Everything is up to date. The extra dimm is a crucial that should be suitable for this laptop. Am adding it to slot 2. But after adding and starting the laptop, the fans start blowing very hard and loud. After 15 secs i remove the battery because the fans are still blowing and i dont see anything at the screen.

I am adding the extra memory in slot 2, but i read somewhere it should be in slot 3. But i only have access to slot 2 and 4 when removing the service door. How should i do this? I am trying hard to upgrade my Zbook from 32gb to 64gb with two Crucial 32gb ddr4 Sodimm 3200 CL22, i put them on slots 2 and 3 under the backcover with (existing ram 2x16gb under the keyboard slots 1 and 4).
