We have been getting weird packaged stuff from the warehouse lately I wouldn't be surprised. We also got parts that had the correct part number on an unopened package but the part in it wasn't even the correct part it was for like a different year.
They are already limiting us on how many certain parts we can order. Some dealerships are hoarding them. Like the compressor shaft seals I think we can only order 8 at a time now that they have caught on. And it's taking longer for customers to get their compressors repaired.
The interval for the t-belt is 7 years or 165k kms which ever comes first. Typically we just inspect the water pump but they hardly ever fail not that they don't fail I probably seen like 2 actually leak. They Usually get changed on the second t-belt. I probably have a few videos on t-belts that I have done. ua-cam.com/video/518agDXuxeQ/v-deo.html
I've done a fuel pump on a 2023 pilot before and the insulation, o-ring and the locking nut all come in separate packaging in the box with the fuel pump and they all have their own part numbers for each. Maybe it was a return? But it shipped from the warehouse.
Honda and Hefty have a partnership, apparently.😂
I think we have another merger. 😆
It was a return, but somehow got sent to you. I've had rockauto do this before.

@@theoffroadingmechanic Sounds like a mess! Now I see why the old times say to stock up on parts!

throw it in the box and ship it. lol....
I need advice. I have a 2018 Odyssey with 112,000 km. This coming July would be 8 years that I've owned it, is it time to change the tbelt water pump?
