But why? I started playing in November and I only play Zero Build, yet I don’t understand the massive hatred to pro players in this game. Sure they can be annoying to fight but they’re just better 🤷♀️

Yeah, the car mods and stuff is just plain trash. At least the tanks were slower and there was a rocket launcher to counter them, the cars with mods are tanks but faster.

Or just make them regrow a few times like 3 so you can only get back to 90 shield one time

I use them to heal cars when no gas stations. I like them. It's not the worst thing this season, that would go to the cars and the lack of EMPS

eh, kinda feels more like a problem with damage trading more than the plants themselves. i still dont like how they just put the plants in after that whole mess but it might be moreso a problem with damage trading as a whole being cringe

Chapter 4 Summer season was truly unique because of the mud and plant mechanics🥺
this is literally the worst season for being sweaty and competitive, and im all here for the chaos.
The problem is not the competitive aspect it is that you can't have a single gunfight in a game primarily for shooting and building if you can't shoot or build and the season is reliant on one item or vehichle(in build battle royale)it is a bad season and if it is so fun then it should be an ltm not in normal battle royale where you have no choice but to opt in to the bs If I wanted a car fight I would play gta
@@alphaxp5839Yeah, Epic is catering to low skill players more and more. I believe they think that if low skill players get more elims, they'll play more and the numbers will rise. But it's causing skilled players to leave, quit the season, or play creative only. I can't recall losing to a g*n yet this season, just cars and kids spamming nitro fists.
At least they made it so the plants wont grow back when they are in the storm

It’s just the slurp plant reskinned from chapter 4 in the jungle so I don’t see the problem at all. It’s actually good to have multiple ways of healing yourself believe it or not.
Need these when I’m doing Wastelander challenges.
In the tournaments now they’re gonna do that glitch like before to get infinite surge when they would sit next to one of the shield berries that would regrow and get infinite surge

Limit the amount of storm surge damage you can get from a single enemy player, reset it after a amount of time has passed and there problem solved.
That’s actually a really good idea. Maybe even cap each player unless they get eliminated and rebooted.

One of the only ways that can counter the fists. If you know how to use them, You can counter the cars when perfectly timed

I feel like a lot of context is missing from the controversy involving the slurp plants during Wilds. First off, it was damn-near impossible to see through the jungle biome, and the plants were usually in heavily lush areas that have decent cover. Second off, they usually spawned right next to eachother, I saw 3 of them within a 10-meter radius at one point. The Cacti on the other hand are few and far between and theyre usually right out in the open, so getting them is way more risky, I'd say.
But the funny thing is the slurp cactus don’t respond in the storm so once you destroy them they’re gone the whole match

Bro from first sight of these cactus I was thinking about the FNCS were they used the body and pickaxed him and then healed the body from the shield plant and kept on getting surge from it!!!
The difference between this season with the cacti and chapter 4 with the plants is that the cactus spawn is not the center of the map where storm use goes (I think) so they can’t abuse it every game unlike the plants which were in the middle of the map so they could because storm would usually go there (I think)

Eh..........this season will just go down as th most controversial in fortnite history, cause currently 50% of the player base loves it...........and the other 50% hate it or just quit
(I mean proof of this is thst usually the BR Playlists have 300k people each but this season its around 100k-200, and creative maps been having more players recently)
It’s terrible. It should have been it’s own mode, or they should have waited until the rumored permanent OG playlist was ready.
As a casual player, i see no problem in the slurp catus nor the cars its actually fun if you know how to use them

Know how to use them? All you have to do with cars is mindlessly ram through build and spam turrets and grenades. People hate the season because they would rather have an actual gun/ build fight then be in a car all game

@@Apricot_Axolotl I don’t hate the game lol. At the end of the day it’s fortnite fault for pushing a one size fits all meta on multiple game modes with different player bases wants/desires. Just leave the overpowered cars in pubs and have them nerfed or removed in ranked to better match tournaments and everyone will be happy

Teaming is such a huge thing this season since enemies can hop in cars with each other. I've had rivals jump in the driver seat while I'm gunning, or hop in the gunner seat while I'm driving. Fair play sometimes they use my own gun against me to destroy the car or fling my car off into the storm while I'm in the gunner seat but sometimes I end up with an unfair advantage for a while as they take out enemies using my gun or car and we end up in an awkward stand off of "okay whose getting out of this car to die first."
Not only that but they also heal your vehicles. There’s one area that has three of these plants together, so if you need your car to be healed and you also need to be healed it’s a pretty good area to check out…
Don’t forget that vehicles get partial fix as well when you hit them. Sure everyone knows, but still a nice detail for them.

Why is NO ONE talking about the vehicles????? They are the most annoying and overpowered things epic has added in many seasons
FR and so many people ask why people are complaining bc they say it's fun using them, I DONT CARE IF IT'S FUN, when I play fortnite, I don't want to fully have to rely on the cars, no matter how fun they are to use
Unfortunately the slurp cacti doesnt grow back in storm if its breaked...it doesnt like the storm
I thought the cactus were cool but they don’t feel overpowered. The fights don’t last that long to just stand around grabbing the cactus every time it pops. They feel balanced.
I barely carry white heels if the circle is going to end there because you can just heal no matter what in a car. They need to put it all over the map or something similar.
It’s almost like people can heal up and then take cover if they’re not immediately killed. And it’s almost like you’re not going to kill another team if you and them both don’t come out of hiding.
This is the reason when I reached 9th place when I solo'd squads. I'm glad for these cacti always spawning near the nitro boost
This would have been better with the avatar collab, image being able to drink cactus juice as soka...if only we had a soka skin
Those cactus came in clutch my last game when I got all the way down to 17.
I literally only carry Medkits at this point because I usually get the machinists medallion and just loot from their since I don’t have to worry bout shield and use the cactuses to heal. But yeah this will be the least of peoples concerns if cars are enabled in competitive.
Cactuses also heal cars. So at end game it’s really useful if you have a car and are going up against someone with a medallion.
For the last time, Fallout is a game, the series came after.

I feel the cactuses are a good thing since you can use it while in a car, if you and the car needs health just run over a cactus, its a pretty good thing in the game

I prefer to use the cacti to help regenerate my car's health whenever it gets too low. Just one circle across half of the south and it's back to full
I stopped playing for pretty much all of chapter 4, but I would assume that it is much more balanced now than it was then

The cacti are a great addition
1) remove boogies
2) half the dmg on all car turrets
3) nerf fists dmg but increase the weapon/build switch delay when fists are on.
4) nerf shield and ammo medallion. Like wtf were they thinking?

Nope, in ranked zero build, alot of people chooses to use in hand heals since the amount of chaos is happening inside the sand biome. And it’s not going to be as broken because a person in a car is going to eliminate them before they reach it in time.
To this day, its so funny how Bucke and kreo did that surge trick and got banned for 60 days... Epic had no proof of them agreeing in advance to do this (teaming), but still deicided to ban them for THAT many days, which was super unfair and unjust. If bugha did that surge trick instead of bucke, everyone wouldve genuenly called him a genius and a goat😅
It's either that or have what happened during fncs to repeat again
