Thank you for this video. This is wild and native to Trinidad where Tomatoes, eggplant and bell peppers have terrible problems with anthracnose ,nematodes, bacterial wilt and fusarium wilt, While these grow with immunity. I'm going to try this.

Great video! I have a question about grafting eggplants on to it - do you allow the turkey berry plant to branch out and become a tree, and then graft the eggplant scions onto the branches to create an eggplant tree? Or do you cut the turkey berry low down at the trunk and graft the eggplant directly onto the trunk?

Hey, good question, I have done it both ways, if you allow the turkey berry to grow into a plant 4 ft tall or more then just graft onto multiple branches and this will make a tree that produces heavy, or graft at the base and this will also produce heavy and may grow much larger than other eggplants but not as big as the other and will produce a little less.
      Pros and cons
Making the turkey berry grow more gives better harvest however there are many side branches of turkey berry that will constantly grown and need to be pruned. While grafting low doesn’t have this problem however yield is less it also takes less space if grafted low and will require more space if grown tall.
      Hope this helps 👍🏽
