Tip for my fellow console players; you CAN use ctrl and the bracket keys like she did on PC if you have a wireless keyboard and mouse. I play on console and hate console controls most of the time, so I play with keyboard and mouse on PS5. It makes it have all the same hot keys and functions as it would on PC. I was able to get this to work first try that way!
It didn’t work for me my sims wouldn’t go in it and I couldn’t make sure how to make it go flat I used the same thing that u used and in made it go down in the middle pls help!

I've read there is a fire one too, but I've tested it close to an infant (I'm so ready to be a father...) but nothing happened aside from said infant being annoyed because he couldn't fall asleep. Another unexpected one was for adopting a cat while the infant is alive and suriving seven days in a haunted mansion. Which ones have you under the Live catagory?

@Elli_crochets a few people have this problem, only way I’ve seen to fix it is lower the terrain first then add the adults pool around it, I don’t know why it works for some and not others
This is incredibly difficult. I'm playing on the console and at 1:03 in video you mention selecting, "Flatten to Height slider." My cursor will not allow me too select that option. Also, how did you select the square option? When I select what you selected too make it □. I can only make ○s.
Okay, Maybe you can't because you're trying to make an indoor swimming pool. The tip is that you have to make it outdoor first, remove the walls that surround the pool and also those above it. that happened to me, hopefully you succeed too!
My sims can't access it when it's filled with water, but when I take the water out they can just chill in the square no problem! I might just put a kiddie pool in the square
Hi I hope you check this comment out I downloaded this from the gallery and it would let me have it in my back garden btw is it easy to make I am a beginner also I made the toddler den but the toddler couldn’t go up the stairs btw love your UA-cam channel 🎉

I had this problem and I was able to fix it by making the inner pool first with terrain tools before adding the pool around it

How do i get rid of flooring tiles so that i can lower the terrain, i suck at building and dont know what im doing. Help please 😅😭
You can use the sledge hammer tool, either press K (if you’re on Pc) or find it at the top middle of the screen. Hope this helps!

@@StoryInp I have bulldozed my lot and it has nothing but pool and this "toddler pool" but I get the same message when I'm trying to add water.
Make sure there’s no flooding down, it need to be just the grass

Maybe your sim cant access it because it is too deep. Try making the square less shallow? 😁

If the terrain tool is broken I recommend repairing your game as the terrain tool is a base game tool

Doesn’t work for me i click flatten terrain and nothing happens even with slider or controls. Cant get the terain lower to fill it
You need to use flatten to height not flatten terrain(flatten terrain just resets the terrain to flat. Also make sure you’re not using flooring tiles

It’s not working for me. It only raises the center. It doesn’t flatten. I’m on PC.
You need to drop the flatten to height tool, make sure it’s the correct tool then press CTRL [ to drop the tool then click on the ground

Your infant needs to have the sit up milestone if you have Growing Together before they have the option to dip toes in the water!

For the toddler den try deleting the half wall under the stairs, for some reason sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t
