@@secretc222 No, this deserves all the shit that's thrown at it. I love AEW, I love Tony Khan, but this was the most convoluted Bullshit since Brock Lesnar won MITB without being in the match. They should have SCRAPPED the stupid shark cage, and EDDIE KINGSTON SHOULD HAVE WON WITH THAT BARBED WIRE STRETCH PLUM. The ending botch was even worse and Jericho being put through that Barbed Wire board at the end only for the show to go off air a few seconds later made it THAT MUCH WORSE. Moxley vs Omega had the excuse of pyrotechnics not going off properly, there is NO EXCUSES here.

The Barberic Wire match, I say instead of Barb Wire Everywhere Death Match because it sounds better in my opinion, it was a great match for what was supposed to be and for this kind of real dangerous environment, it had ruthless action from the beginning to the end, the control of the match was a very intriguing back and forward without the absolute dominance, very well balanced between the two gentlemen! Anna Jay attacked Ruby Soho leading to the reunion of TayJay, finally they together once again, they are a great team and as heels they are going to be outstanding! The brawl that happened after the match was fantastic! And the victory for the Painmaker makes perfectly sense, hopefully they will have one more and final match to end the feud, Grand Slam, New York city, I Quit Match! Well done ladies and gentlemen! Thank you very much for the match! 💪🔥🤘
One of Chris’s most bada* entrances ever! The way he popped up out of the smoke and let’s not downplay the significance of the shark cage in this presentation. Felt very 2000’s WCW/WWF esque. AEW knows how to get your blood pumping.

Jericho has reached that stage in his career where like Mick Foley before him, he's able to sell the idea that different gimmicks of his are different personalities or sides of himself and they are effectively different people in the ring.
Just like how Foley sold the idea of "You're not wrestling Mankind tonight. You're wrestling Cactus Jack". Jericho is doing the same with his Painmaker gimmick.
Would love to see a Legends Match, Sting vs The Painmaker. Should be a great feud. 🌚

Bad booking ruined an otherwise fantastic match here. Just too many things that happened in this match made no sense and ruined an otherwise good conclusion to an okay to good story. Sorry Tony you booked this one pretty poorly and left a sour taste in my mouth at the finish of the evening. IMO
Tony's been booking nearly everything like absolute shit, all year long. I wish he'd figure it out, or hire some help, because I do want AEW to succeed.
