➡️In this video, I share you my mixing paint for Flip Cup with silicone oil.

I used to be against using silicone oil because I didn’t want to clean my canvas😅
But when I saw these two great artists⬇️ beautiful work, I totally changed my mind🥰

➡️I first learned Flip Cup technique by Sabine Junginger(Instagram)
I had her webinar because I really love her beautiful work❤️
I learned her technique but couldn’t get same ingredients because she is in Germany. (If you are in Europe and can get same ingredients with her, I recommend her webinar)
After three weeks strugged, I decided to use another artist’s recipe.

➡️Important Tip:
After mixed paint,let it sit at least 24hours for remove air bubbles.
For this technique, you torch only for the areas you want cells.
So you can’t torch for the purpose of removing air bubbles.
If you torch, cells pop up all over.
➡️I used one drop of silicone oil for each cups because I mixed only 80ml.
If your cells are small, you can try to add 2〜3 drops.
I had no silicone in black.
I used Spot On Treadmill silicone oil.
➡️If you use silicone oil, you need to clean the oil before varnish.

Love the layering technique that you use. Glue is what creates all those air bubbles in the paint, don't know why. When I use Floetrol and GAC 800, I don't get as many bubbles.
Fun to watch the flowers bloom with a gentle touch, 🌸❤ Art seems an engaging expression of creativity, revealing the beauty. I think that's among the gifts of it, to intrigue and captivate from a space beyond words. 😍💜

Good morning and Merry Christmas. I think perhaps I'm using my silicon oil incorrectly. I've been adding it to each cup of paint. Are you adding the silicone oil to each color or to the cup you are layering your paints into?
