I'm so glad you're continuing this series. Funny how Adam's favorite food is ribs, since Eve was made from one of Adam's ribs. Also, Lilith is an actual part of the creation story in some versions of the Bible. She was Adam's first wife, who left when Adam tried to be the dominant partner.

Yes and no, this would be when she was (sort of) added to these texts, however its more she was adapted to the from old texts from other religions. The histort of the concept of Lilith is actually quite facinating!
And the more I think about it, the more messed up I think it is that Charlie is in hell when she’s probably the most kind hearted character tbh. Like if anyone deserves to be in heaven it’s her. ✋🏿😭 Meanwhile Adam’s over here leading mass murder charges.
To be fair. Charlie literally couldn't go to heaven. She was born in hell. She probably wouldn't be as a good as she is if she hasn't been born in hell. Because her whole personality and goal to do good stems from her desire to help her people. The sinners. For hellborns it doesn't really matter what you "deserve". Just like humans on earth, we don't choose where we get born or who our parents are.
I've seen it theorized that because she was born from a fallen angel and the first sinner, she was born without the Original Sin, which is what makes her so pure hearted

Fun Fact: All(most)of the voice actors were recasted, and Katie Killjoy is now voiced by Brendon Rogers who also voices Blitzo in Helluva Boss and the voice of Adam aka Alex Brightman voices Sir Pentious and he’s also in Helluva Boss as Fizzaroli and he played BeetleJuice on stage😭

Katie Killjoy is voiced by Brandon Rogers, he is the co-writer for Helluva boss, and also voices the main character in that show. They kinda did a fun little cameo for him in Hazbin, and they chose Katie because she resembles one of his characters that he plays on his channel. You can also see her dress changed a little.
Fun Fact: @14:15 episode 2 that title is a reference towards the first ever music video that played on MTV called "Video Killed The Radio Star" in the 80's but in reverse implying that because Alestor is the radio demon and is back he's trying to reclaim his title again.

Also sorry to leave another comment, but a little fun info that not many people realise, about the play Sir Pentious and Angel do in the 2nd episode. The entire thing, intentionally or not, mocked Angel. Angel played this crack head, trying to sell kids dr8gs, which related to him and his struggles with addiction. Then Pentious says how he's not gonna have s3x before marriage, and again, what's Angel's whole line of work? He felt like the play mocked him and that he's never going to get redeemed. I hope anyone that's reading this understands what I mean haha

Katie's new VA is more a fun nod than a genuine pilot recast. Her new VA, Brandon Rogers, has a character called Bryce Tankthrust who is very similar to Katie in personality (both notably homophobic and extremely aggressive and mean to their coworkers) and fashion (both ladies wear red and black suits), so he voices her as a nod to his fans as he and Viv are good friends (cocreators of Hazbin's sister show Helluva Boss)
Also, fun fact (unrelated to Katie but I don't like making a bajillion comments lol), the TV swapping scene during Stayed Gone (Vox v Al song) was animated as just one file! Every camera movement and appearance of Vox was done in one continuous take ✨
