Naruto series have more filler than Bleach unfortunately. Especially after the final arc is released. Plus Bleach filler has many teases from the future that people will never know because no one rewatches fillers 😢.
Honestly, if i didnt have a guide telling me which episodes were fillers, i think i would've had a much worse time with it. Luckily i was able to watch it without any fillers, so my experience with it was awesome. One of my favourites.
I skipped the filler and still felt the pacing was abysmal lmao. I still liked the show, but watching it rlly hurt sometimes. I cried on the inside everytime a flashback played

I always recommend people to watch Naruto Part 1 only. Stop right after the Final Valley fight tho, because its 100% filler til Shippuden, which I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies. The OG soundtrack is gone, and the pacing is shit. A 'skip filler guide' is not enough, because the original story is also quite ass. I would only give a list of 30 episodes to watch out of the 500 episodes.
I love Naruto, but I know its not the best anime ever. But it holds a special place in my heart because it's the first anime i ever watched and what introduced me to anime. I didnt even know what anime was before I started watching Naruto. I remember being like 10 and watching Naruto every week on cartoonnetwork, (back when cartoonnetwork was still good) and i remember being fascinated because it was so different than American cartoons
same I watched it on youtube when I was 12, then I watched a bunch of AMV's and they were way ahead of the english version speaking japanese. Then I did research and started downloading all the episodes and watching the latest ones every week. My first intro to anime. Of course I watched DBZ, digimon, zoids, etc. before naruto, but I thought they were all american cartoons lol.

Naruto is the best anime I have seen so far tbh. I am an og anime watcher and have watched many anime but I didn’t want to watch Naruto purely of my bias of anime like one piece. I would say no anime is the best anime cuz everything has flaws but naruto is the anime that slowly captivated me and turned all my hate into love for this piece of art. I am thankful to be able to witness this masterpiece

Loved this skit but I have to say that I’ll always love Naruto. I’ll never forget how it felt to grow up alongside these characters and learn the wisdom they did with them. Of maturing and having to grow into an adult world that’s not friendly or kind, but learning how to keep those characteristics and stay loyal to those you love. Helping a friend in need, learning who you are and what you value, what you’ll stand for and what you won’t. It’s beloved for a reason, but I can see why ppl think it’s overrated in the current war where it has a spin-off. It’s amazing to witness it’s popularity now when we all got bullied for it back in the day 😂

It took me so many tries to finish Naruto shippuden. Flashback after flashback. Not just that it's a flashback, but a flashback that will be an entire episode and the flashback is just an earlier episode in its entirety, over and over and over. If they didn't flash back it would have been fire imo
At times they'd literally FLASHBACK to a moment that JUST happened in the SAME EPISODE... Practically a glorified recap.
Istg at times I had to check where I was in terms of time cause they made me think i accidently went back or something.

Before the camera trick , fights were well choreographed in movies , after directors found out that moving camera dramatically is enough for audience who can just view the fight with good graphics from first person view and they don't need to think about details of surroundings . They easily experience the fight as the fighter feeling adrenaline rush . When this trick because popular the good old fight choreography which needed lot of understanding to experience it as the fighter and lot of details of surroundings covered by camera became borrowing to people .
