    Awesome ! Great commentary Anish I really enjoyed that. Interesting chess too. It was so funny when you did the little parody's. I like to do those too sometimes. Maybe Kramniks pre-moves was not enabled but he could see Jospem pre-moving. That happened to me once was so annoying. Mouse too slow ?or too fast ? Woops auto- queen lol. Thanks epic stream !

    Actually now ive seen Kramnik explaining the controverse and he was very correct actually. So in reality he had 20 seconds on clock like we see in this stream in that last game.. but on his screen the game showed 2 second, 3 seconds constantly so he was scrambling and playing much quicker and much worse than if he had seen that he had 20 Seconds. Thats completely legit to complain about, that why he wasnt finding the win either.. otherwise he likely would have.

    Anish, consider that GPTs and LLMs need to have cache too if you ask the same questions (otherwise one can overload them easily, like a manual Denial of Service). So if you ask the same, they reply mostly the same.
    Further if the training data emphasizes the 20%, they will pick that value more often.
    Like what is the chance to have Anish as chess world champion? 20%

    I give Kramnik props for being willing to put it on the line for what he's been posting. Also for taking on a younger much lower rated opponent. However Jospem just looks to me like a guy that was already a very good GM as a youth player and has jumped in strength to a world class player and his rating hasn't caught up yet. He isn't flagging Kramnik from worse positions he's just playing really strong chess.

    • @raylopez99
      @raylopez99 Місяць тому +1

      @@raylopez99 Maybe I'm wrong since I don't follow Kramnik and his escapades closely but I thought the whole 'claim' he was making is that Jospem is a mid GM that couldn't beat a former WC and current number 12 in the world player, without some kind of illegal help. So far (after the first day, haven't watch the second day) it looks like there isn't a real difference in strength between them and Jospem being more of an online specialist combined with him living rent free in Kramnik's head is a very reasonable explaination of their online record.

      Kramnik won on the first day on points. Let me remind you that in online chess, Jospin destroys Kramnik to zero. If you still haven't figured anything out, then you're dumb.

    It doesn't prove Kramnik claims are ridiculous. It proves he's right.
    Firstly Kramnik can complain if the time setup is not the same as Titled Tuesday.
    Secondly, if the scores was 3.5 and 4.5 for jospem until stream ended, beating Kramnik every time in titled Tuesday it proves it's cheating when this shows clearly that's 50/50 chance of winning for either. How can jospem have complete winning advantage from begining to end in TT when here we can see it's always fluctuates and it's sometimes losing and sometimes winning. So clearly he does blunder.
    But anyways, it's true that the time control should be the same as TT to make definite proof, but nice stream anyways.

      Look at how bad Kramnik played with time trouble, and compare it to the way Jose plays so well that he can even swindle worse positions. Not always, of course, but just like in TT where he also makes mistakes sometimes.
      Jospem just made a video where he performed so well in TT with arbiters in his rooms, and here, conditions were so differents (especially he can't use his mouse speed), and he still won.
      As Anish said, 3+2 let you get back so much time. 3+1 is a constant pressure. 3+1 would favors Jose so much that the score would be crushing for him.
