Materials
50g butter
1 egg
1 tea glass of water (100ml)
1 tea glass of milk (100ml)
half a tea glass of oil (50ml)
1 teaspoon of vinegar (10ml)
1 pack of baking powder (10gr)
5 cups of flour (add 600g in a controlled manner)
for inside
300g walnuts
To roll out the dough
Wheat starch
to pour over
150 g butter
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
for the sherbet
4 glasses of water (800ml)
4 cups of sugar (680g)
quarter lemon
