Thanks for this disassembly video☺ I bought myself an all black PPQ M2 T4E last month. I am not a paintballer, I am an avid pneumatic, spring piston and Co2 AirGun collector & shooter, and when I came across .43 caliber PVC/nylon Riot-Ball ammo, I realized that this Walther PPQ M2 T4E can be more than just a ultra realistic paintball marker. My chronograph result with a freshly charged PPQ M2 T4E and six approximately one gram Riot-Balls was a six shot average of 412 fps, and a high of 423 fps!
When you put the top rail catch in the spring needs to slot into a cut out on the catch or it will not work as shown in the video. Mines had this problem with a previous owner and after moving the spring into place it catches the top rail every time the mag is empty

Is it true you guys made a gen 2? Or its false advertising? I seen on amazon theyre selling this pistol but a blue top calling it gen 2 very realistic in title.
I understand that the Walther PPQ paint ball/rubber ball pistol if used with rubber balls should have the spring changed. Can anyone explain the correct way to change the spring? Walther ships it new with 2 springs but I haven’t got any idea how to remove and reinsert the other spring which they claim should be used for rubber balls?
No, I got mine a week ago, and only have to pull the slide on the 1st shot out of a new cartridge. I'm not wise enough to diagnose what's wrong, but can tell you that something is wrong.
A stiffer mag spring for heavier loads. Mine has an underbarral greendot and flashlight I got off amazon for like 30 bucks. Also you can use 8g co2 if you put a coupls 1/2" nuts under it, if you can't get a hold of any 12g cartridges. There's also a custom 16 round mag I found here on youtube. The guy put an email in the vid description, but off hand I can't remember it. Just search somehting like "t4e ppq 16 round mag" and you should find it. The thumbnail is of a black dude, with some tac guns hanging on a wall. Dude seems to make the mags himself and sell them. I'm so getting one! You cna also find vids on guys modifying for a holographic rear mount sight. I've not found any power increasing mods yet though, but am constantly looking. I have come to realize though, ya don't really need more power. I shot a regular ass paintball THROUGH the metal mesh, and the close off plate, crawl space vent on my house from like 45 foot away, with an 8 gram co2, on the 2nd or 3rd mag full, and this told me that it's pretty damn strong already, aaaaand my greendot was pretty bad outta line lol, target was probably 10 foot right of the house, give or take, was at an angle kinda, made it hard to tell how far precisely i was off.
@@publicprofilename4273 thanks for the tips just got mine yesterday! What size should I get for the sights and laser? Any links would be much appreciated! Ty!
Loving the marker so far hace use it on the feild and no problems for a while. Slide seems a bit stiff and it wont always recock itself after i shoot even though fresh co2. Any thoughts ???
Yea no dont do this. There is a spring that assists the slide release lever (inside just above the trigger on the left hand side) that nests in a groove on the slide release lever shaft. Hammering out the slide lever will damage the spring, it can be unhooked if the lever is pushed from the screw side and a thin pick used to unseat the spring but is an absolute nightmare to get back in position. If the spring is not seated in that groove the slide does not reliably lock back when the magazine is empty
Let me ask you this, I'm genuinely curious, and haven't taken mine apart yet. Is the spring being seated bad for any other reason than the last shot slide lock? and if the slide doesn't lock back, is there any other bad side effect other than potentially being out and not knowing? I mean, I'd rather have the lock back feature, but is it truly important long term or just more of a convenience?
@@publicprofilename4273 I think that's the only thing the spring does and doesn't have any other effect. I cycled a few mags with my spring not in position and the only issue was the slide lock being unreliable. @@aquascrubofficial I looped a thin rubber band arounnd the spring and pulled it outwards as I slid the lever in. It was a bit difficult to pull the rubber band out but it worked. Fishing line would probably be better.
It goes in the magazine. You must remove the part that slides underneath it (be careful for the spring may eject itself and get lost). Then you change the spring and put everything back.
I did the fieldstrip however when i put the pin for the slide catch back in, while pushing the spring, it does not get into the groove in the pin! After glueing a „bridge“ to move the pin it clipped into place but yet the catch does not have any spring acting on it to push it DOWN and prevent the catch from engaging wham holding the gun upside down! Can you please elaborate on your findings? Precision at what range? Unreliable in what aspect? What parts are cheap? Just looking to hear your feed back. :)
Modern Combat Sports Most parts are in soft metal, copper I believe. Screws are easly marred. The top of the magasines is in soft metal too. Its not high aluminium grade like in rap4 468. Shooting cal 43 mainstream paintballs is impossible, you only get breaks. Its either powderballs or extremely soft but innacurate paintballs produced by the manufacturer. Powderballs sort that issue however. I wasnt able to hit a head at 6 meters, even with sights aligned. Sights are fragile, I had a gas espace from the backide of the pistol and it literraly blew away the rear sight. Its is still an improvement over the glock like combat pistol, which is worse in every aspect. The mechanism is ingenious, my only grief are the cheap part. Perhaps there should be a more expensive version with mostly aluminium high grade components.
Hmmm we have zero issues with our blure .43 cal paint. As far as parts we also have had zero issues from customers regarding that. The magazine isnt easily bent but if dropped from right height it can do damage. But only that piece. The brain of this unit is the magazine.
