This has to be the darkest ending in the history of Persona not only do you break the bonds and promises you made to solve the murder mystery to your friends but you leave Inaba knowing the dark truth while you’re friends still trusting you when they have no idea you betrayed them in the worse way possible. Inaba will forever be plagued with the horrible fog and mystery while Adachi has you wrapped around his fingers and will use you in his future crimes. This ending quite literally goes against everything you learned and experience making it the ultimate betrayal not only to the investigation team but the player himself.. forever clouded In regret..
Probably because the game made it look more like yu was being his accomplice. This makes it more like he wanted to make complete sure he was not the killer
He got angry because he thought Adachi would maybe change his ways or even thank him But he doesn't even do the bare minimum & just mocks Narukami for what he did, hence his anger
I love Adachi’s JP voice it’s so good…especially the switch from the whiny sounding fake sadness to the serious sinister voice after he puts down the lighter. That shit gets me everytime 😭‼️ The dub’s laugh is will always be better tho
@@phrinusif you choose that bad ending, the characters basically just die while happy and have forgotten all about the dark hour and what came with it. wait what? so yu burns the paper and holds Adachi's collar while slamming him onto the wall? didn't yu just do it on his own? he wasn't manipulated or lied to. the animated version is very confusing.
Obviously this isn't the Canon ending but I like to think that Yu was panicking and being pressured because he knew that Adachi wouldn't let him go unless he did, even if it's out of character for Yu since this ending isn't canon it's not a big deal, also for this ending in the game you looks anxious when he sees Adachi while on the trail home and squeezes his phone, showing that he definitely didn't want this even if he was pressured into it

The thumbnail made me think Yu was correcting Adachi's spelling. Like:
Adachi: "Your my accomplice now"
Yu: "*you're!"
*Yu're

Idk why this is way more scary compared to the game's version.
the voice is also more scary then comical
The lighting 'probably helps a bit
The fact that the room barely has any light makes it a lot scarier. Same goes to the scene where Dojima interrogates Yu.

This ending makes zero sense. Why? Just for lulz or what?
I presume the idea is that Yu got too close to Adachi and, trying to be his friend and preserve their bond, he did something extremely stupid.
It's completely non canon anyway, so what's it really matter?
For the same reason that Adachi did it. Because he could.
