[Easy] Focaccia Bread with Rosemary | Chef Lorious

- Today we are making Rosemary Focaccia Bread. You can use other herbs if you have a preference, but I like Rosemary so that's what I used here. This recipe is so good, the bread is gone almost as soon as I make it.
Don't be scared of the dry active yeast, I'll show you exactly how to prepare it for bread and what it should look like.

What you'll need:
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon yeast
2 teaspoons honey
2 1/2 cups water at 105-115 degrees
5 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil in bowl & transfer dough
Cover to rise, then deflate and form into a loose ball.
Bake at 450 degrees 20-30 minutes until puffed.

This is interesting, I've never had this bread, I want to try and make it though, what do you eat it with ? Or what kind of meal can it go with ? Thank you for sharing.

I dunno know, seems too thick for focaccia.
It's way too thick for authentic fococcia. It looks tasty, though.
I’ve made it thinner, but I love the big thick pieces…and they love me right back! But thinner is good and works as well.
@@CalibamaCookingwithChefLorious I would make long slices and make a nice Italian sandwich....salami, mortadella...provolone. It looks really good.
