    #1 If he was standing in front of the owl he wouldn't be able to chop the herbs etc..
    #2 The reason that she is doing a lot of talking is because it is her show and usually when she goes to someone else's kitchen that chef is not necessarily comfortable before an audience.
    I have watched this show for many years and she runs her show like all the other chefs I have seen

    13:22 What I don't like is seeing the cooks when they put the stuff in the plate with bare hands, instead of using some tools.

    Why is the chef who is actually doing the cooking not in front of what he is doing, rather than the host, who never stops interrupting and talking. First time watching this but wow, what is her value? Not sure I can stay to the end.

      Among other things, since she is here in a kitchen that is not her kitchen, she could stay a little to one side and put the cook who is doing something in the centre. She evidently likes to be at the center of the situation in all situations.
