Hi Erik, did you ever tried, each of your Yamaha Attitude 3 output to that each of EBS MB3 input? I mean, the P PU output to Drive input and the woofer PU output to the Clean input?
I'm looking for a preamp pedal to switch to the Roland Quad-capture to Logic. This one sounds good tough I've seen the Aguilar Tone Hammer pedal and sounds amazing.
Haven’t played too much with it - but the headphone amp was good and did its job IMHO. I use other gear for speaker simulation and whatnot, so it isn’t that much of a “selling point” to me tbh :)
I didn't mean to be rude: overall your video review was well put together, I was just the playing that simply prevented any of the qualities of a preamp from coming through. Not that you can't play well, it was just a little rough for that kind of demo. Please consider my comment as constructive criticism. I hope to see more demos and reviews.
This video is an excerpt from my “proper demo” of this preamp, in which I use an IR along with the MB3, which takes away some of the clank and fret buzz (things that I enjoy myself, as I play rock and metal mainly :)) I appreciate you taking the time of explaining your statement. :)

I am really impressed by this preamp. I'm torn between this and the B7K ultra v2. kind of leaning toward the EBS.
In terms of ins-and-outs, this one really excels! I prefer the distortion of the Darkglass gear - but all and all, the MB3 is REALLY solid!!
Get the EBS and run a B1k or B3K in the FX Loop. Best of both worlds.

I did! It worked OK, but not stellar imho! I might revisit it, as quite a few Attitude users have asked me about it!

How are the headphones out and aux in? I heard that the ebs 2 sounds better for home headphone practice due to tube emulator and speaker simulator.

David Harding You can see it blink at 0:11 indicating a clipped signal; he lowers it in order to use the comp later.

The sound that struck me ( I had to rewind and check) was bypass.
With all the string clack and fret buzz, you are doing no service to this device.
