Met my friend for lunch as I have a free voucher. We had Peranakan food which was quite delicious. Then my friend brought me to a nice cafe for tea and snacks.
Made mushroom rice and braised sweet and savory tofu for lunch. Went for morning walk the next day. Made hamburger with frozen beef patties for lunch. Changed calendar to 1 April.
Went out for ramen by myself, had a good lunch.

With regards to the frozen hamburgers, I would defrost before cooking as they will cook better and be more flavourful. Also, melting the cheese would be a lot more delicious. Just a thought.

Enjoyed it. Liked how you showed the greenery and tall buildings while out walking. Just started using tofu recently and yesterday put it in my omelette. Thinking to try the way you cooked it in this video by coating it with egg and frying it. Also in your last video you cooked corn rice and I made it for my husband and he liked it, I added butter too. While growing up we used to add butter to our rice on the plate and have it with dhal. Sometimes we used to add to dhal over rice and so good. Thanks for sharing 😊👍

The mushroom rice looks delicious especially with butter! I like the look of tofu, however me being English and my palate isn’t as adventurous as it should be!
Tofu simply pan fried and sprinkled with salt is yummy too. 😊

He’s back but he won’t appear in my vlog as he hates to be filmed. I believe I’ve mentioned that a few times previously. Also I think many couples live apart due to work or other circumstances.
