Take time to reflect on the last few years of your life? What were the themes of each year and what did you learn? 📆 Let me know what you have in store for 2024 in the comments. 🎆⬇

I learned nothing and imma be more successful than you because I dab on haters. You're all clean and brown and you work hard and I respect you for that. But you give no advice no advice against haters. Like how to deal with haters? You never explain how to dab on 'em. You would make a beautiful politician, as a matter of facts you have the same looks and charisma as Obama. Except that your Chron's disease wouldn't let you rip phat lines with lobbyists like a true stomachless[soulless] politician.

Thanks for the update. I got curious and wondered how you were and seen that you made this. Keep up the progress. 🙏👍
You make the medical profession relatable to us and am thankful for that.

This is interesting to watch. I abandoned the premed track entirely bc of burnout and basically have gone into business with my wife. She does one part of the business, I do another while working for a company. I may choose to resume the track later but for now, this is just fine.

Sorry but I'm at the section where you talk about the hustle grind of your personal health and I couldn't shake the absurdity of the fact that from the beginning of the video I thought you had the face of a heavy smoker 😂

How do you stay motivated when there is so much negativity every time you turn on the news or see the state of the world. The rampant crime, divisive politics, massive layoffs, faltering economy, inflation, migrants, war, protests, antisemitism. That’s what has affected my mental health which has negatively affected my motivation to learn or try anything new, to exercise and get healthy, to better myself.

You bought a house and did all that traveling on UA-cam salary? Any moonlighting or working as an MD in a consult role during that time?

This video is really interesting cause I graduated at 18 this year. I always wanted to be CT surgeon but now I just want to start my businness which has a lot of potential though to fix all my familly problems and be free. And I mean my dad don't even want to pay for my med school
So Im really lost right now don't know if I should start or not cause I dont wanna be regretting it 10years later

Why didn't you finish your specialisation in a more relaxed resiliency, like radiology and then still pursue entrepreneurship? I think with business you can always pursue it versus studies. Once youre done its quite difficult to get back

It's all different and engaging. And in some countries - every healthcare workplace means mobbing and exploitation.
