I don't mind the new Federal Reserve System seal, from the large sized FRNs to the Series of 1995, the seal has undergone many changes through the years stabilizing in the Series of 1950 to resemble what we still see on the $1s and $2s. I believe that the System Seal was intended for the ability to mass print quantities of any given bill with a first printing (back), and revised second printing (front border, seal, plate numbers, denomination) leaving the third printing to be Treasury Seal, signatures, Serial numbers, and District letter and number, and Series. I don't believe that they followed through on their intentions, but on paper, sounded like it would make sense.
What other changes are you speaking of regarding the Federal Reserve Seal. I'm only aware of the change from the numeral to the letter. And now the uniform F.R.S for all denominations except the $1 & 2 notes. Has there been any other changes 🤔😶🤔...
@legaltender1980 on the original lg sized notes the seal was larger and more ornate with both in the center 6-F for one. Then you are aware of Series 1928 with the numeral in the center of the large black circle, which changed to the letter in the center. Then with the series of 1934 and A, it was still The Federal Reserve Bank of. 1934 B and after dropped The. Then starting with Series 1950, it is the small black spiked seal with the letter inside we see currently on ones and twos.

I only focus all of my numismatic attention on small size (Series 1928) notes. Something that I am currently going to rectify. You also keep saying 12 alphabets, we only have one alphabet which is made up of 26 letters of which the first 12 letters are used. "An alphabet is a writing system that uses letters". That's from the dictionary. Letters A - L are used to represent the 12 Federal Reserve Banks. As far as the serial numbers go that's kind of a grey area with the one's. The 5 - 100 go up to the 99 million. The one-dollar bills for general circulation go to 96 million even though they print them higher for whatever other reason the BEP uses, uncut sheets and other commemorative stuff. Even though I have an uncut sheet of 5, one-dollar bills that start with 88. Go figure!🤷♂ I have also found a couple one's that start with 99 doing strap searches. And no, it doesn't look like they were hand cut out of an uncut sheet. If they were than someone did a remarkable good job. Have a good day LT.
