    I just started my first cycle 200 grams of tren every two hours and 1 gram of test enth every 30 seconds. I eat a McDonald's cheese burger 48 times a day. Will I grow?

    Dave is doing 4 EXERCISES, 1 or 2 sets each. 8 sets total. I use 1 exercise for 6 or 7 sets. If i try but can't do set 8, then i know the muscle is done. Each set to failure. Best style of training in 20 years, and i tried everything.

    Arms : Fewer sets, 2 times a week or every 5 days. More than 5 or 6 sets, then train them once a week.

    Do 2 heavy sets of 6 reps and 2-3 light sets of 8-10 reps for biceps. I see natty guys doing 10 sets of bi’s and they’re shrunken by the end of the sesh. Stimulate don’t annihilate.

      Mark Richardson yeah barbell seated or preacher works best for me - slow positive curl, hold at the top and slow negative descent - control the breathing too

    Dave is massively wrong about the growing arm question. Training once every 8 days combined with gear and synthol worked for him. For about 90% of the rest it wont. Arnold, Drasin, etc will all tell you train 2xs minimum especially for a weak body part.

      High intensity low volume had always been the best plateau buster for me but I don't take steroids.

    Can you take GABA long term? For stress and help sleeping? And if so, does the body adjust to it and stop working after a while?

    I have allways wondered about the whole " your body can only build muscle in a calorie surplus" !! To me it sounds non logical, as if the body would wait the whole day to see if it gets enough calories and only then start to build muscle. If you work out in the morning, brake down muscle tissue and then during the day eat fairly decent meals high in protein, why wouldnt the body use this protein right away to rebuild itself and add a little more muscle each time, all through the day ???

      Because all those calories you're eating while not being in a surplus goes to basic bodily functions so simply put, you run out of nutrients before your body begins putting nutrients towards growing the muscle. That is very very simplified but that's the idea 😁

      It's really good. Just lift heavy and eat big and you'll get jacked and may even get a tan.

      Why take Tren and Dbol at the same time? You’re going to hold water to grow. Towards the end of your Test and Dbol cycle start the Tren to harden up. End the steroid cycle on Tren before you start your PCT.

    I follow your meatods with dorians damn i grw a lot its nuts but i gain 2 inches on my chest inch on my arms wow in 6 months nuts with high cal intake follow your advice help a lot

      Try doing 2-3 20-30 rep warm up sets on the cables with light weight before your working sets. Immediate pump and should be able to maintain it through the workout long as you don't rest too long between sets.

    Dave likes to say "your body does not know how much weight you are moving - it just knows the intensity" Really? I heard him say this in a different video as well. Actually, your body knows exactly how much weught you are moving.. not just the intensity. Need proof? Check out your forearm muscle tone just before you pick up a cup of coffee versus just before picking up a 20 pound dumbbell. The body knows how much weight will be moved even before you touch the weight. This tends to show the illogic in pre-exhausting muscles for the purpose of using lighter, safer weights.

    How much fucking tren do you take to get prolactin issues?! 200mg a week is more than enough and if you have issues use trenavar which is a form of oral tren, its converted in the body, goes through your system really fast. As for weak bodyparts I disagree and think hitting them twice a week helps. Sometimes weak bodyparts are weak because of what Dave says but a lot of times people just are not working hard enough.

      With all due respect to Rich...how did that turn out for him? I LOVE Rich... but He used oils to create his size. Watch him lift. He was NOT strong. He never won many shows, like Dave never turned pro, Aaaaaaand. He died early. So .... I would say the more you put in ... the less you get away with. RIP R.P.

      @@LemonmilkMusic rich piana lifted 500 lb bench for reps, he has a video with mendelson… it does not matter what he took, he was massive and it was a result of giving it 100% whatever it took. with this philosophy you could train one week per month and look like big ramy, does not make sense

      ...brian isbell no one here would say train one week per month Is someone you know saying that ? Or you’re just exaggerating for sake of the point ? Either way ..Yes that’s ridiculous ... you can’t just train hard like Coleman and Piana you need to train smart. “Whatever it takes may apply if you don’t care about consequences or your long term health. To each their own. If the sport continues with mass monster mentality, we will see a lot more early deaths in the coming years. UNTILL the drugs/science changes to allow these mass gains to be healthy for the organs and tendons, its a short endeavour. I’ve seen it personally in 2 guys in their 20s at my gym recently. ABUSE.

      Mark Richardson yea I looked further into this. Saw he had a 500plus lb deadlift, apparently barbell curled like 235 or so thing and bench ...I saw one vid of him doing 405 for 5 good reps. Good to know he had a solid foundation. Really sucks he passed. I don’t mess with gains in spite of health because of him and a couple young guys at my gym that have both had heart issues from ASS abuse. Slow and steady with a health mindset for me. For me that’s my version of “whatever it takes” to be jacked for a long time. 💪🏻

    how do i write a question to be answered on air?
    question is:
    How can i get that roided out juicy look but natural?
    id take ALA, CLA, Creatine and stuff like that but no gear. please dont tell me its just a matter of getting my body fat down.
    Lets pretend im going to the beach in 2 days and i wanna look dope.

    just day to day wanna look harder n tighter cus i never know when imma have to impress some honey by taking my tots out.

      Well, I think you're talking more about that "3D" look to the muscles.
      You have to remember, when you take gear you hold more glycogen and water etc. in your muscles, so I'm not sure if you can get what you're looking for, it's also very genetic.
      Why do you wanna look "dope" at the beach? Natural or not, I don't think that should be your goal going to the gym/bodybuilding etc..

      I think you mean over pinning. Training arms breaks down the muscles which means they get smaller. Use some testolize and stop training

    High testosterone cycles are NOT the way to go. Test is NOT a strong anabolic!! 300-500 per week is plenty. I can’t believe Dave talks about high test cycles like it’s what builds muscle....what happened was the other compounds SHUT YOUR TEST DOWN ....of course you’re not going to grow or feel great if your body is not in homeostasis, or dysfunctional at the biological level.
    You DO need Test on all serious or long cycles. But it’s wasn’t the test making you big, it was your body functioning where it should be that let the FAR more anabolic compounds work as they should. Either that or you needed a Test based compound added in like EQ. I believe in synergistic compounds. Some Nandrolone some DHT some Test based I’m sure you changed a LOT of other things during that time, that you’re not even aware of or recalling from waaaaay back then.
