  • There are no rules with the curanto, a modern version of a Chilean feast baked in the ground dating back thousands of years to indigenous communities of the Chiloé Archipelago. Everyone brings something to share at this party. The newest member of our group, Chef Andrew Zimmern, brought a salmon from our nearby farm!
