Fake CD or not a fake CD

- Hi. The question is. Is one of these CD's a fake or just poor manufacturing. The sound quality on one disc is inferior to the other, sorry but that experience is not transferable to this Video, you have to take my word for it. Click on pause to stop video and get better visual information for your conclusion.
The one on the right is made by Universal in German and the one on the left is made by DIDX which is a Capital Records like made. It could be badly made. Fakes are not pressed by Universal or DIDX.
Check the side that gets scratches. Copies are green on the side. Regular is silver.
How to distinguish unofficial discs, look towards the recording surface.
In the case of a disk made in an official factory around the center hole, "IFPI code" writes.
There's a part which is a mirror-like band of several millimeters around the hole, and IFPI code which is a sign of the country of manufacture and factory is also written here.

There are possibilities of piracy if two IFPI + 4 letters are not printed. I bought Tokyo Motor Fists' disc on Discogs, but russian fake :( (Pressed disc in factory, but no IFPI code)
There's people selling fake cds in amazon I notice I have two copies and the art works looks like it made from a crappy printer and sound weak and the other copy art work looks great and sounds great so be careful in buying Amazon cds or vinyls
Apparently they have this thing called “Manufacture on Demand” where they make the CDs themselves if they’re in demand and they need more so that’s why
But the question is.... can you copy a bootleg cd to an Original XBOX? Not the model I have. That's a good thing. Just bought some LOST original television soundtracks. I'm like, the only way to know without looking on the net is just try and copy it over to the XBOX. If it doesn't. You'll know it's a bootleg. (probably) Bought it NEW off of amazon, so it shouldn't be. Or re-packaged. Just as long as it works with no scratches is all I care about. With original artwork and stuff. So, yeah. ;) lol
None of them are counterfeit.

There are some CDs that I would happily pay hundreds of dollars each for it (assuming I can authenticate that it’s not a fake copy and both jacket and CD are in good condition) but a lot of CDs I’d probably not even want it even if it’s free.
