    I have said this so many times but you just never know out here...and that is why we always bring a camera and film. The time that you take it for granted and don't film is when you are going to miss something really good. Do you like foreign cuisine? Well, you probably aren't ready for this one but we are just keeping it real, like always. Thanks for watching!!!

    A big component of this channel is the culture associated with your travels and the interactions along the way! I’m always eager to see!

      Yes! I 100% agree. I was actually going to comment the same thing but you have saved me the trouble. I love seeing the snakes and reptiles of course but I love seeing the Thai culture in the videos. The market’s, the temples and stuff they have shown in the past. I would have loved to have gone one day but I’m having to accept that isn’t going to happen.
      India which has a similar culture to Thai, is another place with culture that absolutely fascinates me. I love seeing all the amazing temples and markets and most of all… all the statues. My favourite are the statues of lord shiva. My favourite of those is the Adiyogi Shiva bust. They do a light show on the bust with the story of Adiyogi Shiva narrated by that Sadh Guru fella. It is absolutely spectacular! If you haven’t seen it look it up on you tube- it’s best watching the most recent one. turn off the lights, turn up the volume and enjoy. It’s best watched on the biggest tv you have.😂

    I am so jealous of the weather you've got there.
    Here in the UK we're currently bracing ourselves for snow this coming week.
    It's pretty damn cold outside, it's due to hit -1° tonight I think..
    I would so love to be over there where you guys are..

    What a cool observation to see catch that snake eating the frog. And the wasp larvae takes me back to when I worked at the tiger zoo in Chang Rai. We ate it straight from the comb- it had been smoked/cooked and had a smokey flavor. Not off-putting at all, but it would have been much better in Apple’s pizza!

      @@KeystrokePOSSoftware Why do I imagine someone in a zookeeper uniform rolling around in a room full of flying snakes and regurged frogs explaining it is normal because flying snakes don't like to be fat so they can fly they vomit out food. Then maybe the Island Boys show up blindfolded and are forced to smell the regurge and guess what it is. Man, with all of my ideas, maybe I should be a UA-camr.

      No reptiles there right now but we land in Malaysia tomorrow so if you want a reptile update from there, that’s already on the schedule. The others will have to wait until I’m back and our upgrades are finished.

  • @user-fd6bd5wq2y

    Wow! What an amazing encounter with that Chrysopelea and its frog meal. Also, was that the same Carettochelys insculpta, in the large aquarium behind you, that you picked up in Chatuchak? If so then it has grown quite a bit in the last year or so since you picked it up. Good job. Would you be willing and able to do an update on your animals like your fish and emus and others?

    • @DMExotics
      @DMExotics  6 місяців тому

      Yes that’s the one…it’s grown a ton and needs to be with bigger fish because it’s snacked on a few of our smaller ones over time. We will do an update when we can. I’ve already left and will be gone for a bit again. We are doing some animal upgrades currently so maybe when it’s all finished.
