Because you made the whole template in Canva, when you import to Klaviyo how do you make it so the "buttons" you designed are clickable? Or are you just adding a link to the entire image?

Yes, you'll have to slice the full template into smaller images. Then just add a link to the whole image

For your question about adding too many photos, you'll need to make sure to optimize for deliverability by adding text into your footer
