On Imagecompressor.com? It should stay the same dimensions but the filesize will decrease by around 50%

Hi there, I've been having trouble with the images coming out a little bit blurry when it comes to mobile viewing. I've been dropping the PNGs from Canva and cropping it into sections then I tried this method step by step and it still looks like I'm having the same problem. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

For these types of emails, we just link the whole image slice
If you don’t have figma can you just download each page individually in Canva instead of slicing in figma?
Yes! You can do that if each Canva page is 1 slice Although I find it easier to just get the free version of figma
Because you made the whole template in Canva, when you import to Klaviyo how do you make it so the "buttons" you designed are clickable? Or are you just adding a link to the entire image?

@@ZachSchieffer Thanks man, an idea would be how to increase LTV of a purchaser, so focus on post-purchase upsell flows plus specific campaigns that only focus on making existing customers buy again, stuff that you have seen yourself work (plus numbers if possible, i.e. that flow alone increased LTV by x%). I know from limited data that we currently increase LTV by 30% from first purchase just by people coming back organically over 12 months, with 0 emails. The goal is to double LTV from first purchase which I think should be possible with email, but difficult to forecast without any data. Also thanks for the call offer, let us get to a stable, breakeven $30k+ monthly revenue basis first (finishing October at $15k, second 'real' month only), right now we need to make stuff work ourselves first before we can afford any outside help. Thanks
great stuff, what I learned here is to widen my recipient list. I have been getting 50%+ on my 180 days engaged (click or open) for a week now. opened it up to a newly created 365days engaged list (click or open or site visit) for a few sends now. been only getting 25% now. Total people who opened is even lower than when I send to 180 only? (does sending to a worse list somehow affect deliverability? i.e. people who would have gotten it in main folder via 180 list, get it now in spam/promotions folder if I send via bigger list?) My ideas is to keep sending maybe 75% of time to the 180 list, and only switch full time (if ever) to the 365days once it gets 40% consistently?
Interesting! Perhaps meet in the middle with 270-day engaged. Or just keep it to 180-day engaged & also send to website engagers in the last X days. These are people who were active on site/viewed products/added to cart/started checkout. Happy to also take a look at the account on a call sometime as well!

hey zach, just wanted to say thanks for your content, love the new daily video schedule! i ve been watching all your channel videos and have implemented a lot (not all yet) and my Klaviyo attributed revenue is already 65% (on 10k revenue September), up from <25% beforehand. More Account audits (where you can see real numbers), exotic flows to try out or some creative campaigns would be my ideas for future videos maybe. Also maybe a video on benchmarks, i.e. revenue per recipient or flow etc, probably interesting for brand owners that dont have access to 100 Klaviyo accounts and see what others are doing

Nice post. I will say from my experience you need to be a little cognizant of attribution with Klaviyo. Yes, 30-40% looks great as a vanity stat. But a lot of times those "assists" would happen regardless, depending on your flows. There are absolutely some campaign types that drive incremental revenue, but others that don't really just because they are a minor event on the customer journey but get credited anyways. Food for thought.
Yea 100% agreed - in reality it’s multiple touchpoints in combination that get the sale & every platform is incentivized to over-attribute

hey i've seen multiple creators suggest to use images in the emails. I'm wondering if this is how all major brands are doing it too? do we get high deliverability and not delivered in Junk/promotions folder using this strategy? honestly curious. Thanks for the detailed info.
Great question! Yes - all the biggest brands send image-based emails If you follow all the steps that I mention at the end of the video, you should have no issue getting 40%+ open rates sending to engaged segments If you miss some of the steps and/or don't segment properly - you could definitely go to spam

When we onboard a client we usually download 20-30 emails from top competitors so we have a huge swipe file Instead of trying to create things from scratch, we try to imitate elements that we like from all the different brands that we have in the swipe file. It definitely takes a lot of practice and consistency!
